Staff were nice other than that NOTHING Everything starting from the road to reach the building doesn’t seem safe to walk outside and around the area, and every time you need to go out you have to ask for a car. Inside the room toilet wasn’t well cleaned specially the toilet seat!!! The shower was broken struggling to take a proper shower, there was no even the basic amenity kit such as toothbrush and slippers. And of course some ants on the dining table.

The room was spacious as depicted in the pictures. Location was good as well, close to most main attractions and the beach. The staff, including the security, were also friendly and very helpful. The shower area isn't covered enough by glass or a curtain, so the whole bathroom gets pretty wet every time. Would have been better if there was a shower curtain installed.

The apartment is a well equipped with pots,pans, a hot plate, kettle, a big refrigerator and a microwave. The size of the apartment is also good with a balcony. However there is construction going on which can be disturbing. They provide daily housekeeping and a change of towels everyday which is great. There is a water dispenser on every floor so you can fill water and don't need to buy water. The approach to the apartment does not have a proper road. It rained while we were there and it was difficult to walk through the water and potholes. Grab taxis also find it very difficult to drive through this patch. There are no street lights and it is really dark at night to walk to the apartment. Definitely not recommended for senior citizens

Everything! The room is big, the balcony is spacious enough to eat and enjoy the view. The staff is very welcoming. Def get more than tue value! Coworking space is also spacious and have aircon! Will comeback again for my next biz trip Nothing

The cleaning was good. However, there was some hair on the couch. We only had 1 pillow each. 2 pillows each could've been nice. We had beautiful ocean view. Good for the value. Construction next door. Check in process was slow.

It is quite centrally located and the reception is helpful. construction noise nearby and the gravel road leading to the property is not paved.

A bit noisy because of constructions but not very much and they even provide earplugs. The water in the shower does not drain well.

I felt very comfortable and cozy, mattresses just perfect and it’s not easy to find good bed in Bali which is so important, and the breakfasts at the restaurant downstairs are a masterpiece, so delicious! 24 hours costumes support 10/10 love the place and definitely coming again!
