The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, my wife and I woke up every morning with sore lower back problems. It was that uncomfortable there ,that in the end we had to cut our stay there from 12 nights and leave after 6 nights (with no Refund) and book new accommodation for the remainder of our trip.Extremely disappointing!! The location is quite remote from everything aswell. We personally and unfortunately would not recommend anyone stay at Belle Asana.

Absolutely terrible - would never stay again. Every aspect, the rooms were dirty, towels thread bare, no staff on site, no response to emails or telephone calls. While being cheap, it takes 30-45 minutes to get anywhere, you cannot walk anywhere. A wine glass was broken and we were charged $50K IDR for it - that was the only communication with the staff apart from check-in. With so many choices, keep looking. Very disappointed, but a good lesson learned.
