The staff here are absolutely amazing. They were incredibly quick to help with anything we needed and solved every issue so efficiently. I was genuinely impressed by how caring, attentive, and welcoming everyone was. They made me feel completely at home, and honestly, this alone is a reason for me to come back. They truly made this stay so special. I loved everything about my stay. The only small downside is that, because it’s a private property, you have to walk outside to meet your Grab Bike when you order one. Other than that, everything was fantastic. The beach service, the facilities, and the overall experience were all excellent. I would definitely love to come back.

Location and staff Cleaning is not up to expectation as there’s lots of green space around so we have to see insects all the time

The rooms were spotless and consistently cleaned to a high standard every day. The beach was beautiful, well-maintained, and one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel’s location was also excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!

Breakfast with a view was amazing. RIght on the beach. Pool area was lovely. Staff were so so friendly. The only thing I can think of was that I thought the breakfast menu was slightly limited and the shower water got out into main bathroom area

Its very far from the city almost nothing next to it they have one bad restaurant that I couldn’t enjoy the food at they’re staff will smile and tell you sorry we can’t or we don’t have with big ugly smile at anything simple I requested Very boor services

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful I have only limited mobility and this hotel has not provided any disabled access which made life difficult

I liked the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the beach, and the overall calm atmosphere despite the crowd. The team was very cooperative and helpful. The price was very high for what was offered. The window in the room was extremely small, and the suite didn’t have a proper window facing the room. I personally enjoy having the bed near a large window with natural light, and this was missing . Also, the beach was beautiful but only suitable for surfing, not for swimming

Wow - it is such a beautiful place - would stay there everytime, staff were so nice! Lagoon pool was so nice, quiet & refreshing! Amazing sunsets. My Room was stunning! Breakfast was great & also had lunch at the Beach Club - really yum. Special mention to Tina at breakfast & Bayu by the pool// beach club.
