The villa isn't worth it at this location. It's certainly a cheaper option compared to other villas in the area but you get what you pay for. Ours was dirty and several items didn't work (fan, fridge, drainage issues). The staff kindly re-cleaned the room but the smell of the cleaning product used was unbearable. We left the doors open to air out the bathroom and bedroom areas and then ran into a mosquito problem (and the smell never left). This was partially our fault, but we were desperate to escape the smell lol. The staff came and fixed the issues in the room, but it felt like we were hanging around managing repairs instead of enjoying our time at the beach. Overall, I don't recommend a villa at this hotel. Just avoid the headache.

The staff are so nice and accommodating. The villas are really beautiful. The buffet breakfast is really nice and runs till 11am! You won’t miss it if you have a late night! I went to the spa that’s here and the balinese massage was incredible. Super close to everything, 7minutes max from the beach, heaps of parking available as well. Honestly really worth staying here, i’ve extended my stay twice ?

This place was nice and clean, good service and close to the beach. Very cozy area by the restaurant, where you could take a dip in the pool after breakfast which was included in the price. We stayed in a room directly to the right of the reception. There was most everything you needed and we also got a cot for our daughter with a mosquito net. We liked the friendly staff and the good breakfast buffet, there was a lot to choose from even for us vegetarians. Cleaning every day. Also saw that there were very nice rooms with their own pool, if we go back sometime we will definitely choose these rooms instead. Experienced a little spiritual presence in the room where we stayed, nothing bad. But things moved in an inexplicable way. Canggu overall for us was a bit too touristy and crowded. The beach closest had big waves for surfers, maybe not for beginners and when we were here it was red flagged and swimming was not possible. Nothing to complain about!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, with a basic but sufficient range of cooked and cold items, and eggs cooked to order. I stayed in a one-bedroom pool villa and it was a comfortable and quiet retreat from the bustle of Canggu. This place would have been very, very nice when it was first built but now, it is showing its age and needs a lot of work to bring it to a genuine 4-star standard. That said, the price was very reasonable and reflected the value.

Location was great, could walk to most places we wanted to. Breakfast buffet was great choices that changed daily for a good variety. Not hotels fault, but it was extremely windy which caused the plastic roof on balcony to be extremely loud at all hours. Also walls between rooms very thin.

Privare area Constant issues with water No pressure, then leaking. Toilet leaking and dripping all night. Many areas not clean Charged extra for dirty sheets, pillows, towels. Never seen it in any other hotel 25years. Inconsisten internet connection Pool was not clean Several items broken and not working at the property Breakfast way below expexted level. No veggies, fruits. Bare minimum. Just dead property. Skip.

There was a lot of potential for the Accommodation We had consistent leaks throughout the villa, through the bathroom areas and in the living area. We had no hot water for the first 4 days into our 10 day stay and were requesting for a solution everyday until it was finally fixed. We had to request treatment for our pool as it went green with algae and was unusable around 3 days into our stay. The included buffet breakfast was very subpar.
