The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the beach (literally 5 min walk), close to town with great shops and even better restaurants. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious, and the staff were so nice and accommodating. We can highly recommend Amar boutique hotel. Nothing

The location in Canggu is about perfect, walkable to everything. The property is an hidden oasis. It’s so well maintained and beautifully decorated, I felt immediately at ease. The staff were absolutely kind and welcoming and the owners know how to host travelers looking for a place to chill. The rooms have great detail, good A/C and comfortable beds, must have breakfast and fresh baked goodies every morning! Every detail is dialed in, and they can provide everything you need at a great price point.

It was a hidden gem, lush gardens, very attractive property, attentive staff, Filipa supplied very helpful info for getting around, places to eat etc. Breakfast was delicious! Location was good, walk to beach & restaurants. The property has its own water filtration which is an absolute plus. We had an early flight & Filipa arranged a delicious takeaway breakfast of freshly prepared fruits, croissants and her delicious chocolate cake ☺️ We would have loved a small fridge & also tea/coffee making facility in the room would have been nice. It is a place where you need to be quiet & mindful of others.

Everything: the hotel is gorgeous, clean and quite. A true little oasis. But what makes this hotel special is the staff! Filippa the owner and all her staff are the kindest and the most helpful people and made my stay very relaxing. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel is close to the beach, and is surrounded with good restaurants and cafes. They also have their own filtered water so you can brush your teeth with the tap water. I loved everything. The only bothersome thing is that there is a construction on a property next to, so I was awaken 2 days in a row very early (before 7am) to the sounds of very loud hammering.

We had an amazing stay at this super stylish, family-owned boutique hotel. The exceptional service truly stood out - everyone went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. Big delicious breakfast was included with verity of choices. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a fabulous stay in Amar, everything was brilliant. The room was lovely, breakfast was fantastic and above all Tia the guy the works there in the afternoon looked after us very well and he is a credit to the hotel.

Amar is a beautiful boutique hotel. Filipa and her staff were lovely and friendly. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Everything was lovely truly - however my one slight niggle was the pillows, which we all found slightly too high for our preference. But we all still slept well, so certainly wasn’t a big deal.
