Nothing I never leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. After checking into my room, I found that the bedsheets had multiple visible stains. I informed the staff, who brought a replacement sheet—but it also had multiple stains. They then brought a second replacement, which again had multiple stains. Another staff member later brought a heavily wrinkled duvet cover that looked as though it had been stored in a bag for a long time. While I waited outside the room, the staff kept trying to find acceptable bedding and eventually admitted that “the laundry is not good.” I’m not a picky guest. I have travelled extensively throughout Asia and stayed in three other hotels during my two weeks in Bali without any issues. A clean, comfortable bed is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately I lost confidence in the cleanliness of the room. I decided to leave and requested a refund, but my request was declined. Instead, I walked just five minutes down the road and found another hotel at a very similar price with a clean, fresh, and comfortable bed. My comfort and peace of mind are worth far more to me than saving a little money. The staff were polite and genuinely tried to help, but the hotel clearly needs to improve its housekeeping standards and replace bedding that is permanently stained or no longer suitable for guests. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests do not have the same experience.

Really good location close to some nice coffee shops and restaurants. Pool area was nice and staff were very friendly. I loved the decor and vibe of the place. Good value for money. The pool water could be a bit cleaner.. also we were slightly disappointed that the toilet was in the bedroom and not a seperate room just a wooden cover to block your vision. We would have preferred a bathroom seperate to the bedroom.

There's some serious needs of descaling in the bathroom area. The amount of limescale on the taps and all over the tiles tells me it's not a new problem.

I had the best experience at Isaiya Boutique Hotel and will definitely be back! The staff is amazing, the rooms lush, the property so pretty and a real vibe. The owner is amazing and so kind as well. I will for sure recommend to family and friends.

I stayed at Isaiya many times over the last few years. It used to be my oasis from the bustling streets of Pererenan & Canggu. It has a great outside relaxation area and a pleasant pool - right by the rice paddies. Located by the main road, but deep enough in the side valley that it's quiet and lovely. Unfortunately, the place is not as well taken care of as before - the wear and tear plus damage from (I assume) the rainy seasons are visible - the walls inside the rooms have stains, cracks, bubbling paint, the curtains are dirty and not well attached - it needs proper maintenance. Also, the bathroom is very poorly furnished - nowhere to put your cosmetics or clothes, the tiny tray for toothbrush is falling apart - all could be easily fixed and glued together, if only effort was put in. I hope the place can be refreshed and go back to it's previous glory. Also, the stuff should be taking better care of the room cleaning and sheets cleanliness.

Absolutely love this place. My favorite place to stay in Bali! Feels like home!

Everything was okay i guess

There were two things I didn’t like. First, the dogs from the guesthouse next door can be annoying late at night, you need to come back with a scooter or car, otherwise they won’t let you in. I told the staff about it and they asked what time I’d return and waited for me, which I appreciated. Second, if you’re scared of insects, this might not be the best place for you. The bathroom is open, so you’ll probably come across all kinds of bugs.

Great location, large comfortable room and bathroom. The staff were helpful. It’s a bit run down, it would need some refreshing of the paint, cleaning of curtains in the rooms. Also the pillows by the pool pagoda have mold on them and the shared kitchen area is a bit dirty and could use a bit of care.

The location of Isaiya Boutique hotel was excellent! Because it was down a short laneway off the main road , it resulted in a very quiet nights sleep. The staff are all helpful and kind. They keep the grounds and hotel in great condition. I loved the pool and the loungers as well as the welcoming selection of chairs to sit under a covered area. The room and bathroom were clean. The door to my room was initially abit difficult to open and close and my room was abit stuffy but staff worked at resolving both of these concerns. I would definitely book here again!

love the calm and peaceful vibe energy of this place. Koi in the pond, greens and flowers all over the places. The greens also helped with keeping the place cool and less hot as well I believe. Staffs were very friendly and chill. Felt very comfortable and welcomed during our entire stay. Oh the doggies were very friendly as well, lippy and Casey, they will chill or nap next to you like to keep you company. This is a quiet peaceful place for people to stay at to relax. Nothing.

This property is in the perfect location surrounded by the best restaurants and cafes, walking distance to the beach. What really impressed me was that despite being in the fastest growing neighborhood, it was completely peaceful and quiet surrounded by rice fields. I was only able to book 1 night because they were sold out the rest of week. I will book earlier next time and stay here again for much longer stay. The only thing I didn’t like was i was unable to book a longer stay, because they were fully booked.

The location is good for us as we enjoy the area My friends and I have been staying at isaiya 3-4 times a year for 3 years and we only really choose to stay there because the staff were friendly and it was always easy to come and go in the neighborhood we enjoy - however this time was a terrible experience. The facilities have been well below standard for a while, which we overlooked as we are loyal regulars - but it’s gone down hill significantly in the 4 months since we were here last - the air conditioning made me sick with a chest infection, theres mould in the bathrooms, the doors don’t close properly meaning the mosquitoes come in, the cleaning standard wasn’t great and many things within the room are broken with lights flickering. The place is falling apart and on top of that, the owner was incredibly rude - it was the first time we’ve seen her there in the 3 years we have been staying as she’s usually at her home in sweden. For starters my room was upgraded with no communication to me that had occurred and 4 days later she approached us out of nowhere demanding we pay extra for it or leave. She screamed at us at 8pm for laughing too loud - saying we have been asked many times to be quiet, despite it being the first time. If she had asked nicely, there would have been no issue, of course we would have apologized and reduced the noise, however the way she chose to approach the situation was unhinged to say the least. Screaming at 8pm (a reasonable hour) to people who are laughing on holiday and staying in your hotel seems such an odd way to behave. We ended up leaving 5 nights early as the situation had become so uncomfortable. I will no longer recommend this hotel and we won’t be returning - we will find a new regular place to spend our money where we are treated with decency.

It was beautiful and quiet and only a few metres from the main road. I’m not a big fan of the hotels that are all the way down alleyways so this was perfect. The decor was very tranquil and serene and the pool overlooking the rice. Patty fields was amazing. A lot of communal areas to work and sit amongst the lush gardens and overhanging flowers. I thought they might have tea facilities but they didn’t- but that was really the only thing I could fault! The bathrooms were outdoors and excessive but definitely not a fault, just different! Haha
