I booked a room with pool access and when I arrived to the hotel they told me the room not available and they give me a room upstairs

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The smell of mold in the rooms was suffocating. My breathing after 2 days had me out trying to find a pharmacy to purchase an inhaler. It’s a shame because the staff are lovely but this place is actually dangerous for your health.

Safe location, spacious rooms and balcony and a lovely pool. The staff were so so nice, they made the place for us. The hotel was clearly very nice when it was first opened but it’s been left to degrade sadly. It feels like they’re putting all the attention into the Ubud branch and none into the Canggu one. The whole place needs some TLC. Damp and mould in the cupboard. Stained floors. All the towels and bedding is stained. The toilet and sink look like they’ve been cleaned with harsh chemicals and are degrading. The kitchen has one fork. The safes don’t work (and they didn’t have a key to use it manually). The aircon causes condensation on the doors and the varnish is dripping off and staining the floor; not fun to step in when you wake up. We tried to move room due to some construction next door and when we went into the other room, none of the plug sockets worked, the light switch in the bathroom was hanging out the wall and only one ceiling light of 3 was working. It’s a shame really as it could be such a lovely place to stay.

none - The room had a strong damp smell, including from the air conditioning, which caused my husband (who has sinus issues) to have breathing discomfort. - The cleanliness was unacceptable—pillowcases had a bad odor, the toilet bowl had yellow stains, and the floor mat was extremely dirty. - Poor customer service and management —despite reaching out via WhatsApp and Booking.com, I received no response. - No flexibility or goodwill—despite checking out within a few hours due to health concerns, they refused to waive any part of the 10-night cancellation fee. - Overall, the lack of hygiene, responsibility, and communication made this a terrible experience.

Great area, friendly staff and nice pool but got the feeling our room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time… toilet was covered in stains (inside and outside) there dust, hairs and stains on the floor and bed. Considering what i got for the same price at other locations in Bali I was expecting it to at least be clean.

Mold smell in the room. There was visible mold in the bathroom. Had that musty mold smell in the bathroom and the room. Overall not very clean.

The location, the friendly and helpful staff, the bedding and the nice balcony, the access to board/card games. Nothing related to the guesthouse itself! But The guesthouse neighbors barking dogs were annoying.

Great stay at a good price. Comfortable and good location, not far from busy areas. Only issue was “old” smell, didn’t notice any mold, but could smell it.

The location is good, the room itself was really nice, had a nice balcony and good air con. The pool area was also lovely sadly we didn’t have enough time to use it but it looked clean! The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great, quite a lot of marks on the floor (not sure if they were stains) but the toilet was really quite dirty and the seat was very stained

Good location The mattress and pillows smelled like mould. I asked to change rooms and the second was the same. Mattress was very old and lumpy and I left after the first night of my three night booking. My clothes stank after sleeping in that bed. You have no natural light in the room unless the curtains are open but then everyone else staying can see in so for getting ready it made things difficult. The shower didn’t seem very clean either and there were old salndals in both of the bathrooms in each room I was in.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming - answering any questions we had. We enjoyed this hotel so much, we extended our stay on 2 separate occasions - which was no issue to the staff and we didn’t have to move rooms which was very convenient. Location is very good. A quick walk/bike to the beach Nothing

Comfort Bed, Great Wifi!

This co-living space was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, same with the bathroom, plain and simple. And the bed is superrrrr comfyyy trust me ? The best part was the amazing view from the balcony - it was the perfect spot to relax. They got pool too and also very well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful. They setup some board games in public area, which is cute. The location was convenient too.

Location is good and the employees are nice. It’s supposed to be a Coliving place and there’s no events so you can meet and work with others. The AC filters need to be cleaned/changed - I was sick the entire stay from the AC which is right over the bed.
