Very good

I really like the design and feeling of the room and the design of the place. Beachy, white, with well placed art. The bed was comfy. When I arrived, there is a lot of construction going on at the entrance and on the way up. There was machinery noises going on...not sure how long this was going on, but I felt that I wouldn't have stayed had I know. Also, the staff hand out and smoke in the "lobby" so I didn't feel comfortable using the pool nearby. I'm sensitive to smoke.

Disappointing

location and facilities was fine. nobody cleaned my room. I had breakfast included. after 3d day of my stay they asked me if I want breakfast.

the place is very central, nicely decorated and super clean. the personal was nice and attentive. very nice to stay as you are central, the night life can be bothering if people come back late and speak loud, you here everything.

We booked last minute as we realised we had no where to stay. We found Cabala and thought it was such great value for money and perfectly located in the heart of Canguu. It has a beachy feel to it and I liked that the aircon was working.

Staff were super friendly. They had a great pool and had a billiard table as well which was free. No hot water for our entire stay. Rooms stank, the water from the sink ran into the shower. No room cleaning service available so we had to ask for toilet paper. Bed was super hard. The pool bathroom was so rank, everything was wet, was old wet towels and clothes on the floor.

Good bed, friendly host, not too far from the beach, shops and restaurants. It was also clean. We received a welcoming drink and the staff was very flexible about check-in and check-out. The douche was Broken. In the middle of the night (read 4am) we heard people singing, sounded like a ceremony, but it waked us up...

It's relax vibe, cute pool, and tropical atmosphere. Room aesthetics were pretty decent too. There was no spare key to the room when my friend misplaced her key. We needed fo find a locksmith in the middle of the night just to open the door. Lack of outlet.

Nice room and design. The staff was friendly. The hotel was nice, but unfortunately it did not look like the photos in Booking.com. It looked new on the photos while in reality it was much older and worn out. It was also very noisy as it’s right on a busy road so it was hard to relax.

The staff is just the best! I’m super happy I booked this hotel for my mom, she loved it very much! The main reason of staying there was that I lived super close by and I wanted my mom to enjoy her first nights on Bali there❤️ We got welcome drinks (which were delicious) The room is very nice and cozy! Location is perfect— everything is close by — the best places are on this street, market is in 1 min by bike, ocean is in 6 min by bike?? I highly recommend this hotel! Greetings to the guys, you always made our mood, I will remember you saying my name every time I came home ? it was super sweet!

Location was great and not far from places around. The bed was comfortable. The rooftop was cool. The swimming pool was beautiful. Just wished they offered / asked daily room cleaning. Some hangers would have been nicer

The beds were comfy, and the wifi worked extremely well! The Indonesian staff were incredibly warm and friendly - always checking in and making sure things were alright. The check-in process was extremely smooth, and overall, was a comfortable, easy stay. Only two pieces of negative feedback: 1. The owners (non-locals) were slightly cold, and didn't feel very welcoming 2. Rooms haven't been maintained very well. Don't get me wrong, the beds were very comfortable and overall, the place is alright. But just not worth the price...

Breakfast? I wasn't aware there was a breakfast! I liked that the place did look like the pictures - because often in Bali they are not. I felt the room could have been tended to/ or check with me a little more regularly than once a week as the floors pick up everything! :) Would have loved to have free water, or informed of it if there already was, and told if the kitchen was for use by the guests or just a staff kitchen?
