Location is great. Across the street from train station Staff was outstanding and extremely helpful

really tasteful decor in the lobby and rooms. Excellent breakfast and lovely ambience but coffee machines ( as so often) the issue.. the capsule machines often run out of water or need maintenance . A bigger coffee machine or pot? so customers don't have to wait in line.. Walls a bit thin.. one can hear next door. TV difficult to figure out ( no instructions) and only French channels when Cannes has lots of foreign tourists..Coffee capsules not replaced in room.. Very long and complex check in process due to nee owner policies!

The room was quite disappointing and did not feel cozy at all. Unlike the photos, there was no wooden decoration above the bed, just a plain white wall, which made the room look very empty. The bathroom mirror was heavily scratched, and the socket for the hairdryer was broken and taped over with adhesive, which looked unprofessional. Overall, the room gave off a hospital-like feeling, very plain and uncomfortable, even though the reception and lobby area were nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the room itself did not match the quality of the common areas.

The rooms have very thin walls, and you can absolutely hear everything happening in the other rooms or the corridor. The bed is too small for two people, and the pillows are very uncomfortable.

Property was centrally located, near the train station, and near the city center. Room was very small/cramped and poorly laid out. Not enough room to open the bathroom door or front door. The property is described as a 4 star property, which is not accurate.

Great location, close to parking options. Nice historical building, with cute and very clean rooms. Super appreciated the water in the room (both still and sparkling) with free refill option. Nice staff Room was a little small

It is steps away from the train station, perfect for day trips. The staff is super friendly! And the hotel is gorgeous, super clean, minimalist chic. The check in and check out were efficient and fast.

Very nicely designed Consumer service not great, had an issue with having to check our earlier and even if they could not grant my request they could have handled it more professionally.

Bad bed very noisy

Clean and convenient to restaurants, shops and the beach/coast. We liked the buffet breakfast and we really appreciated being able to have still and sparkling water and various coffees 24/7. That was a nice perk. It’s across from the train station on a busy, noisy street. With all the cars, dust and birds, the balcony was very dirty and we couldn’t keep it clean, so it wasn’t usable.

Everything was perfect we wanted to visit many places so the location right in front of the train station was extremely convenient super close to all good places in cannes too. The hotel is super nice and clean very modern and renovated too. And most importantly allll the staff was super nice, and friendly. I literally dont have anything negative to say at all it was perfect. Big thankyou to all the team of the hotel!!

Really nice hotel, great location right by the train station. Clean room with a fridge, coffee machine and jug for tea.
