The hotel is exceptionally well located - just steps from La Croisette promenade and its beaches, the Palais des Festivals, the old town, the port, and the train station. Self check‑in is available for late arrivals, which is a real convenience. The room is clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. The shower cabin is a bit small, and having more space there would make the stay even more comfortable.

The proximity to the train station and all the attractions. The street is full of restaurants and stores. The room is quite small but it was ok for one night

Its near to the Gare and plage area. The reversible airconditioning is not functioning

Location is fantastic. The place is very clean and the staff was very polite and accommodating. The toilet was in an awkward nook but functioning well. It was all clean and well equiped but we had to pee at an angle lol. I would still stay here again if I come back.

It‘s clean and just 2 streets away from the Grand Palais. It‘s in the very center yet I was able to sleep peacefully at night. My room was cleaned everyday, and most importantly you are allowed to change the heating temperature to your liking! Also staff were all lovely and accommodating ? None so far. They don’t have a fridge in the room but it’s not so important. Only if it something you need for longer stay maybe.

I loved the location — just a few steps from the train station and the beach, making everything in Cannes easily accessible and safe to walk around. The reception was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, the service and comfort felt above the hotel’s official rating. There was nothing major to dislike. Only small details that didn’t affect the overall stay.
