Not far from old city center Old furniture and renovation Mold in certain spots in the bathroom The fridge didn’t really work. The owner changed for a new one after the weekend was over. But it was already too late, we had to go. No elevator

The staff and the location were outstanding. We also really liked the room and appreciated the comfort and it the amenities, such as beach towels, and a refrigerator. We had asked for towels for the beach, and they also offered us an umbrella which we thought was quite unusual and very helpful. Unfortunately, their shower situation, at least in room 202, is very uncomfortable. There is no complete shower door, curb to keep the water out of the rest of the bathroom, or shower curtain. This could pretty easily be remedied by adding one or two of the three things just mentioned. I don’t know if it’s like this in the other rooms, but it made our time less comfortable and we all did not take an additional shower which we would’ve liked to, but didn’t want to deal with the flooding.

Very comfortable stay and really great quality for the price! Great location, super central, walking distance to everything. All the facilities are there, AC works perfectly etc. The staff was also extremely nice. The room was comfortable, clean, beds also comfy. Cleaning done every day. I overall enjoyed the short stay and for the price it was really good! Some things are a bit worn out.

the case of this hotel, the location determines a lot, but not everything. Everything went very well right from the check-in. The manager awaited our arrival at the hotel door and secured us a parking space for the entire stay (only one per hotel). The hotel room was pre-cooled (the air conditioner was working) and even the refrigerator was already on. The service was very, very friendly and professional. The manager speaks fluent English and also Russian. Breakfast is continental, but quite sufficient. The room was very big - at least 20 square meters and really quiet. The room also has a very well-functioning air conditioner. It is also important for me that the room is equipped with a small desk and a small lounge chair where it is comfortable to sit. Writing tools are also available. The room has a large wardrobe and a safe with a code lock inside. Of course, there are also extra blankets and pillows. Therefore, it is comfortable here even during a longer stay. It is possible to draw blackout curtains in front of the windows to enjoy a longer sleep. I really like these small boutique hotels because the service is always very personal. You never get that kind of luxury in big hotels.

The hotel has a great location. There is a cozy restaurant under the hotel where you can have a delicious breakfast. The room has good and large beds, comfortable pillows, but a small bathroom. For a short stay, we were 1 night, it is suitable. Very helpful staff, they speak Russian.

Above my expectations, extremely nice and kind staff!!!

Close to beaches, old town and Palais. Ok for one or two days, not longer Pub below was open until 0.45 with music and people sitting outside (intensive bass). No hot water at night to take a shower after a long day. No English speaking receptionist, seems unusual for the center of Cannes A bit expensive for what you get. Maybe other rooms are better?

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Cannes. The location is unbeatable, just one minute from the Croisette, shops, and the beach. The accommodation was excellent, with new and very clean rooms, and the air conditioning was exceptionally good. Despite the +32°C heat outside, inside felt like a cool paradise! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful—special thanks to Galina, Jean-Michele, and Marina, who all spoke multiple languages and were always attentive, helpful, and smiling. We would happily stay here again. A couple of minor downsides were the noise from the downstairs bar, which doesn’t belong to the hotel, on one of the nights, and the water pressure for the hot shower, which was weaker than the cold. There was no lift, but this wasn't much of an issue as we knew we were staying in a historic building.

Room and location perfect No lift and we were top floor. Steep steps with help of lady on reception.

Jean Michel was extremly helpful and kind. We enjoyed our short stay very much. Location topp, room topp, the bed very comfortable.... We will return to this hotel when we come back. Thank you.
