Location is great The hotel felt unloved. It's expensive but using it's location in Cannes doesn't really work these days.

The hotel is very central, close to the beach and to the supermarket. All facilities are extremely old. The bathroom door is not completely closing, the room needs repainting, the wifi signal is very weak.
