Just the location This is our 5th time staying at this hotel, but the first time since the management changed. We booked a superior room for 6 nights. In previous years we have stayed in both basic and superior rooms, so I know what both are like. The one we stayed in had a view of a horrible inner courtyard and was above a facility that made a disturbing noise non-stop. Totally unacceptable for a 6 night stay and for people over 60. We will definitely not be back.

Excellent location. However it did get noisy at night however we appreciate that it’s a city centre location. 2 min walk from Cannes train station. Hundreds of restaurants bars and cafes all within walking distance. Rooms were small but very clean. Nothing

Everything ! Locations is great , is clean , cozy Ang stuff are really friendly and helpful and welcoming. I just wish the gym is open longer hours I mention it to the stuff Ang really hope it will extend the timing

Only a few minutes from the train station, this nice hotel is in the heart of Cannes, just 300 meters from the port and also walk distance from the area where the famous Carlton hotel is situated. The room is good, with a good bed and bathroom. The staff was great. We did not have breakfast, mainly because it was too warm in this rooftop restaurant (Cannes in summer can be hot!)
