The elevator is not working.. the walls are thin you can hear noise from the other room(vice versa ?). And smell of cigarette in the hallway.

I stayed in a single room. It was nice and clean with a lot of daylight. Small table and cute wooden clothes rack fit all my things perfectly. The bathroom was clean, a bit smaller around the toilet. Fresh towels and toilet paper every day. Fast internet. Very friendly staff.

we arrived at the hotel with 3 heavy luggages and their lift is not working,we stayed at the 3rd floor...

Comfortable rooms, good value for the cost, and good location.

Quiet, good wifi Unlocked and unmonitored front door. Very basic and dirty common areas. Lift broken (due to Covid…).

Family owned hotel. Walking distance from train station to palais I checked out and went to use the bathroom in lobby and the eldest man shouted at me for using the bathroom it was appauling and very rude.

Convenient for station & Airport bus Very, very basic and overpriced during MIPIM (although everywhere in Cannes is that week)

Located opposite the main bus and rail station in Cannes, perfect for the Airport bus. Room tiny and scruffy. bathroom dirty in places. No plug in sink, can't sit straight on toilet - not enough leg room! No hot water each morning, lift permanently out of order.
