Very nice

Family room is quite big to accommodate 2 adults and two children. There are not too many varieties at the breakfast, however you will find variety of French cheeses, fresh baguette, eggs and coffee/tea which is perfect for the breakfast. Location is quite good, on a hilly side of Cannes, not far from the Croisette boulevard. The curtain in the bathroom needs to be changed to something modern made from plastic.

Love that it was very spacious, especially the bathroom counters/furniture. Good location that was a short walk to old town. The furniture and finishing was not as elegant as pictured. Side tables and other furniture was a bit wobbly in reality. Elevator was not functioning one night and had to walk up 4 flights (with swollen ankle)!

It was noisy due to the highway traffic and the low quality windows weren't soundproof. The train is passing near by and every 3-5 minutes you could hear it . The lift is tiny (how they can get permission?), no staff to help with luggage, no dining room ( 12 square meters rooms literally) is being used as breakfast room and no proper reception. They have 2 school desks with 2 chairs that they call reception. Definitely not a 4 star but a hostel type. Looks fishy how they got the rating. ATOUT FRANCE should be informed ASAP because the whole setup is not a 4 star hotel (I'm an architect and I know the requirements for this hotel category).

The room size, it was very clean. The location was perfect 5 min walking to the train station and also to the beach and restaurants. Good air conditioning.

The only car parking space at the front of the hotel should be left empty for drop off/on of clients staying at the hotel. On departure (we had several pieces of luggage, boxes, clothes to put in the car) an external supplier who was there at the hotel to carry some works refused moving his van and told us to park in the middle of the road and went off. We had to leave the car at the end of the road and go up and then several times. Lack of training and support from staff present that morning. Not a 4 star
