Location. Breakfast. Bed. Room above—couple had a terrible fight from 3 am til almost 5. Called front desk several times. They went up twice. Unable to get them to stop. Terrible experience. Hotels should have a way to deal with this. Lost sleep not fun when you have a 9 am tour.

Great location, nice decor. A bit noisy, some parts of the room were worn and there was a bad smell during the day.

Great location right at the docks along the main boulevard. We had a lovely room on the fifth floor with a terrace overlooking the water. Breakfast was also quite good. Staff was friendly and welcomed us every time we entered. Unfortunately, our room (504) was infested with bed bugs. I woke up after the first night with 5 bites, which I assume must have been mosquitos bites. After the second night I woke up with 50+ bites all over my body. The staff at the reception moved to us to a new room later that day. It’s not possible that the hotel wasn’t aware of this before. Previous guests must have encountered this issue, and the amount of bites indicates there is a significant quantity of these bed bugs that have been multiplying for quite some time without the hotel doing something about the problem. This ultimately ruined our stay. I can’t begin to describe how miserable it was not to be able to sleep because of how badly my body was itching, and then have to sit through client meetings all day while sleep deprived and itching.

I enjoyed my stay, I had a room with balcony, which was really very nice, staff at reception very helpful and friendly. All attractions nearby, I highly recommend it! I love this hotel and I will come back again.

Excellent location, French period decor, good breakfast , very nice and helpful staff. The tubs are deep with a rounded bottom and are harder to get in and out of as I get older. I know the tubs follow the theme, but would like to see some walk in shower options... if possible. This is our third stay over the years and we don't even look at the other hotels.

Great location, very clean and spotless, good and high quality breakfast, very unique view. The room service can improve. They don’t refill drinking water after check-in or they clean/change used coffee/tea glasses.

Outstanding place ! Everything was excellent with great and friendly staff! Rooms clean and nicely furnished, breakfast was as for kings and queens! We extended our stay with a day we loved it so much !
