The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful, and we also really enjoyed the beach and the helpfulness of the staff. These aspects created a very pleasant atmosphere during our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels very outdated compared to the high price, which is on the level of some 5-star hotels. The room was very small, the walls and floors looked worn, and the balcony door glass was broken. The bathroom, hairdryer, and TV were clearly old, and the toilet felt unhygienic simply because of its age. The entrance door did not even open properly, as if it was crooked or sand was stuck underneath. The closet was in such a state that it almost seemed like someone had sneezed on it and left it there. On top of that, the parking is inconvenient, located about 10 minutes away.

Super friendly staff although we arrived late after regular check in, awesome breakfast that the kids liked too, perfect location right at the beachfront, parking behind the hotel because it was off season.

nothing So, this is definitely not 3 STARS HOTEL, they offer a lot of SCAM there and lies. First of all, their free parking is located 1 km from the hotel, but they don't say you, if you park nearby the hotel (where you can park maximally 60 minutes), it is in one-directional road, so in order to get to their parking, you need to go around the whole city. (12 minutes) During the festive, you need to go even more. So, summary, JUST TO PARK YOUR CAR and RETURN TO HOTEL with really quick walk, can be up to =40 minutes= loss of your time. They say, they have a shuttle service, no, they don't. They will also not guide which parking place you can PARK on. It is actually parking called 'ROSA Parking', but in the instruction which they provide you by map is in different position. = FIRST LIE, incompetency of hotel staff Now the best part, READ CAREFULLY >>> I have been there with my 71-year-old father, and during check-out we wanted to give our baggage to car and stay in Caorle for 90 minutes, just to be there for lunch. BUT ==HUGE PROBLEM==!!! Because it is situated 1000 metres far away from this freaky hotel, I decided to bring my car to hotel, to load it up, and then to return and park in parking slot again. BUT IT WAS NOT ALLOWED, even! Even the parking slot was nearly EMPTY, and it was 30th September. Total DISHONESTING WAY for my father to be treated!!!! To the rest of service, according to hotel equipment, there should be a BEACH SERVICE until the last weekend of Sept (two beds and umbrella on beach for free in price), and you may guess, there was nothing again. NO BEARCH SERVICE which was included in the PRICE. SO, AGAIN LIE. It was 23 degrees, a crystal clear sunny weather. They were just LAZYYYYYY! THE ROOM itself, black streaks on the walls, really full tons of dust on the floor. Disgusting cleaning. With 'amazing' clear view (window) from bed to a toiled bowl. So NO PRIVACY at all. POOR WIFI!

The location and the view is so stunning The elevator was a disaster very small and just one elevator for the whole hotel , very slow and very tight, you need to wait and wait and wait to take it
