Location expensive for a simple room (130€). Extra money for parking. No breakfast.

It was not clear from the description if the parking is free or paid - it is 5 euros per day. It would be nice to know where the parking lot is located and how much to pay them for it in advance. A cleaning staff probably accidentally carried away my wife's dress when our room was cleaned up and we were away. I complained to a receptionist about that. I was told that it could happen and we can buy a new one. We did not hear apologize.

It was the mist terrible Hotel ever, it isn’t a Hotel at all! Everything was dusty, the room was small, the bathroom was dirty, we couldn't sleep because it was so loud. Children from other guests were awake and noisy until midnight. In the front of our room people are standing and talking, it was really bad, we wanted to leave that night. A hostel would be better than that!

For what we payed is excellent. The hotel is located 10 minutes on foot from the beach, they have "private" parking which is good considering the narrow streets. Room was quiet, very clean and cool ... it is equipped with TV and small fridge. Staff is very friendly and the lady from reception is a really hard-worker, she deserves some bonus as she does more tasks than she should and still keep a positive attitude and responds quickly the requests. Nothing to complain. I recommend it if you want a budget room to enjoy the sea.

They helped us with everything (beach, dinner place breakfast place). Place is very clean. No option of having breakfast, only small pastry and coffee. Extra bed not suitable for small children (they migh fall because there is no barrier).

young people worked there. They was really friendly. Always smiling and helpful the furniture‘s was very old, the bad is not really comfy. We had only Cold water and you could hear everything what your neighbor do.

While the staff was pleasant, the room was outdated, the bed uncomfortable and the refrigerator leaked onto the floor. The police left an expensive parking ticket on our car window for parking on the side of the street where the hotel had told us to park. Be CAREFUL where you park and watch out for NUMEROUS speed traps as you drive to and from Caorle!!!

On the second day we were moved from the ground floor to a room on the second floor in the main part of the building. It kind of felt like a "normal" hotel room, and compensated a little for the first impressions (see the negative section). The staff was nice and tried to help out. Not much... We got a room on the ground floor, a basement like place with concrete walls and a view over the parking lot. The furniture was old and worn, and the place was moisty. We were desperate for somewhere to stay, so we didn't have much choice, but for the price the room felt like daylight robbery. The hotel didn't offer breakfast other than coffee and overpriced brioches, and you pay extra for everything, including parking.

Mold in the fridge, which we had to wash ourselves (we cleaned ourselves and we preferred not to let the cleaning lady into the room to keep it clean. The only advantage - the night receptionist is Czech and the beach about 300m. Room size about 3x3.5m. The bathroom after the reconstruction, but the cutting board in the toilet is about a number smaller than it should be. For 2 nights in two people incl. parking lot (crowded and it is necessary to leave the car keys at the reception so that the staff can move the cars as needed) we paid in the amount of almost 9 000, -Kč. Antonella never again !!!!!

The room stank of smoke and we found a cigarette butt in the toilet. The hotel staff apologised but didn’t do anything about it, in fact we found some cigarette ash on the floor the next day. We weren’t offered a discount or anything so wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Very nice room, accomodation near the centre of city and beach. Unfortunately without breakfast.

Great location, beach service. The staff don't speak English. You have to leave the car keys at the reception which is very unconvinient. No lift in the building. The bathroom is terrible, small and needs renovation. The shower is just a curtain.
