Pareus Beach Resort

You had to book sunbeds every day. We didn't have the same sunbed, and even if i came as a first person in the morning, I was told the front beds were already taken by people who came before me - which was impossible- I was there even before they opened.

Very well equipped apartment, swimming pool, playground for children. Gated and quiet neighborhood. Location, 10 min drive from Caorle.

The quite at the place, its comfort and huge space with garden. Not much of restaurants or similar places around.

The sea was very close. The store to buy food was very close and the pool was on great temperture. The view was very beautiful. The living room couch was badly placed and the TV was very small.

The locality was very nice, walking distance to the beach, quite location. The accomodation was spacious, newly equiped with big balcony, well equipped kitchen. Full blinds on all windows ensured privacy and we got very good slep. Sea entrance suitable for small children, same with the swimming pool in the resort. Ant colony in the apparment, which we had to cope with. Despite we had accommodation for 4, we had just 2 sunbeds on the beach. It was possible to arrange for more for extra payment, but come on, when you pay approx. 500 EUR per day for pure accommodation (without even breakfast), you expect a bit more. The parasols were to small to ensure sufficient coverage not even for 2 sunbeds. The water in the sea was very cloudy with extremely low visibility (less then 0,5m) with no program organized on the beach. The pool is suitable only for small children, it is very small and very shallow. The lifeguard at the swimming pool was very annoyed every day - looked like that his only aim is to make sure that gets out as soon as possible, starting to collect the sunbeds and closing the parasols more then 1 hour before closing time, sometimes even if the places were still occuppied with the word "sorry". The fridge in the appartment was constantly frozen, significantly limiting its usage.

-The resort is located close to an absolutely amazing private beach where we had reserved beach chairs. This along with the Baia Restaurant/Lounge was an amazing part of the resort. - The proximity of a nearby grocery store - Swimming pool that had enough seating for everyone - Club lounge and staff there were lovely - Wristbands were a great way to manage access - Pool closes at 7pm and opens at 9:30am so you can forget about a sunset dip or an early morning swim. Once we got locked out as the pol doors lock at 7pm. This was a bit excessive - Reception was located so far out that you need to drive there. The phone was never answered the few times that we called. We landed very late at night and couldnt find the resort and nobody was answering the phone. - Given that the resort is built in the middle of empty land, the rooms are small. One of the rooms has a single wardrobe and the beds are double beds. If the resort is charging the luxury room rates, larger beds and wardrobes are essential

Very nice appartment with private garden, equipped pretty much with everything you need. On the beach you have free sunbeds and very nice beach bar. In the resort there is also swimming pool area and small playground for the kids and... big outdoor chess. Big supermarket just 500m away.

Clean rooms, very close to the beach, whole resort modern. Incredibly loud construction site next to pool. Unacceptable noise from 7.30am to even 7pm. Especially for families with small kids who needs to nap during day. Secondly unacceptable high additional price for baby cot and feeding chair...80 EUR for 5nights. It should be included in base price, come on.

Very clean and tidy, lots of space indoor & outdoors, friendly staff. Would definitely visit again! It would be nice if there was a restaurant; either in the clubhouse or at the beach/ nearby (that’s open after 6pm)

We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, it was really close to the Clubhouse and swimming pool. Apartment was good size for one week. There is a supermarket right outside the resort so we were able to buy our food for breakfast & lunch from there The children really enjoyed the swimming pool. The clubhouse does nice snacks, drinks and ice cream, a must for sitting by the pool in the heat! The staff were so so so nice, all of them had a ready smile and willingness to help the guests. We took the bus a couple of times to the near by towns to eat dinner and other times we walked 20 minutes through the lovely gardens to a few restaurants on the other side. Each apartment comes with a covered parking bay which we made use of. Nothing, everything was amazing about the resort. Mosquito repellent is a must in this location.
