Quiet area but close to the beach Very expensive for what has been offered

good location. Not a center of Caorle, but in walking distance. Makes it quite at night and you still have access to a attractions. Beach, Shops, restaurants, bakery - all near by. basic kitchen equipment included parking included but space is tiny. very uncomfortable beds. whats more you need to pay 12e / person for towels one time bed sheets/linen which are very low quality. We knew its payable upfront, just were disappointed with quality. Connect this with uncomfortable mattress and as a result sleeping on small couch was better. room was clean but you could see signs of wear and tear. air conditioning is located in small corridor which is not effective in cooling down bedroom nor living room. But you can cool down in corridor. Overall better to have this than nothing ;)

* The WiFi does not work in the room-we were informed that it works at the "pool area." * We were given double keys with different room numbers—so we had to spend some time until we find the correct room. * We paid for UMBRELLAS at the beach—however the given spots were already occupied by other hotel guests. We had to try 4-5 other places with the direction given on the phone by the reception which was frustrating a bit.

No/Bad Internet, only available at the pool

This appartment had everything we needed. We were only here to sleep (Caorle is too beautiful to stay inside) but it was close to everything. We had enough room for the baby and our dog. The airconditioning worked which was important for us. Also the washing mashine was a BIG plus!! We will definitely come back here! Everything was good for us. Maybe a water cooker would be nice, but we brought our own.

Superb

A simple clean room with air condition. Clean bathroom with an older but still working washing mashine. Fastfood restaurant REEBS in the same building is very good. Parking in the basement excelent. Swimming pool looks nice, but we did not use it. The mattressess should be exchanged for a bit more expensive ones. An unpleasant smell of cheaper dorms disappeared after 2 days. Perhaps more often cleaning of sink outlets would be helpfull. No electic cattle, but cooking on the stove was fine. A soap in the bathroom would be a nice favour. Wifi was only in the swimming pool area, but it was fine, we talked to each other.

Very good location, 5 minutes to the sea by foot. The elevator is helpful. The AC in the apartment was really helpful during hot days. The washing machine did its job, the hanging rack was supplied. Enough dishes to eat and make some basic food, plus a microwave. Still can't get used to pay extra for bed linen and towels, as if somebody comes here with his own bed linen. Also, absolutely nothing to clean the dishes with (sponge and detergent), needed to buy our own and of course, we left most of it there. Same with sugar and salt. One roll is NOT enough toilet paper for a family for one week. The sofa in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping.

Very nice place. Clean and quiet. The pool was clean. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Miss me coffee maker (only moka classic coffe maker) and maybe dishwasher instead of buckle.

Perfect apartment for 4 people. Spaces and accessories very practical and comfortable. We felt extremely well the whole time. Great location. Amazing pool!

Very weak and limited Wi-Fi access. ? Location, near to the beach yet far enough from the busy city center to have a relaxing vacation. The AC was shutting the electricity down in the apartment quite often. Mattress was too soft, should be replaced.

The location is perfect close to everything, the apartment is well equipped,clean and just the right size for a family of 4. Highly recommended! We have been told the room will be ready at 4 pm. but when we arrived it was not. We had to wait more than 1.5 hours and considering the 8 hours drive it was not pleasant at all. Apart from this all went well.

Location is fine. Not far from the sea, not far from the center which is fine. The room was not clean upon our arrival and we had to wait for more than 1 hour to have it cleaned, although we arrived late afternoon (4.30 pm). It made our short stay even shorter. And the landlord reacted in no way to our complaint in this respect and provided no compensation. There is no dishwasher in the room which should be, I guess, a standard. There is no kettle in which you may boil a water for morning tea. Swimming pool is smaller and not so beautiful as on the picture. The wardrobes in the rooms were unpleasantly smelly and we could not use them.

Nice place, clean, close to everything. The sofa "bed" in the living room is horrible. Its for 2 people to sleep in, back pain after 1 night. If change that sofa, this place would be 10/10.

location the fridge was so noisy that we could not even sleep, the bed was very uncomfortable with two soft mattresses on top of each other. washing machine was not working properly

5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 from the old town. Almost new apartment, clean and well refurbished. Our flat was on the first floor and the smell from the fast food downstairs was always coming in.
