Lux Hotel

Hotel Lux offers a service and experience that feels like a 5-star hotel. All the staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful - from the reception and bar staff to the restaurant and cleaning team. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of delicious food, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a lot of fruit. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are equipped with everything you need, including a fridge and a large safe box (fits a laptop). The single bed I had was wider than a standard single bed, and the mattress was very comfortable. The sea view is absolutely incredible. I genuinely liked everything. There is not a single thing I can think of that I didn’t like.

The room could have a kettle. The staff was not very helpful. For example once we were waiting for the coffee in the hotel bar for 20mins and there were 2 guys there and only 2 other guests. One guy was in conversation with other guests, I gestured to the other guy twice, but nothing - at the end we had to go to a neighbouring hotel. When we checked out we asked if we could leave the car on the hotel parking till end of the day, the reponse was dry "no", they are full. So far so good, but the guy at reception gave no other suggestions like where we could move the car, etc - not helpful at all.

The stay here was excelent, the whole team was professional and nice, the building was really clean and our room as well, the cleaning ladies cleaned our room everyday and changed the towels and the sheets, breakfast was delicious and diverse, coffee was also good, which is for us an important aspect, all in all we are really satisfied with our stay, also close to the beach, and also we didn't book a room with a sea view we got a room with a lateral sea view which was a very nice surprise, so thank you very much. Last but not least, we also had our private sunbeds with umbrella everyday, which was really nice. The rooms are really small, smallers than they appear in the photos displayed on booking.

Exceptional

Extremely friendly staff, location is perfect (next to beach) and proximity to City center. You get place on the beach for you and umbrella and sunbeds. On top of that there you can use bicycles and explore beautiful Caorle and its surroundings (there is nice 8km bicycle track). We will definitely come back!

Breakfast is outstanding. Wide variety of quality foods. Staff is very helpful. Parking solved very well. Good services. Umbrella + 2 sunbeds + 1 sunchair for each room. Ours was in first close, closest to sea. Free bikes to use. One of the last on 'hotel street', so little bit further from downtown. Very-very pricy.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was excellent. Loved all the gluten-free options and the Illy coffee!

We loved the sea view, room is small but really well and modern equipped, bed was confortable. The best attitude of the staff and delicious breakfast. Also pizzas and drinks from the restaurant were delicious, fully recommend. very poor noise isolation between floors (we heard literally everything above us). Impossible to sleep with air condition on (fan very strong even on the lowest speed and it blows directly on the bed), also quite noisy street in front of the hotel with night performances (till midnight) so you can't sleep with open window either. But i guess this is a toll of a hotel on the promenade with the sea view :)

Very good hospitality and room was very nice with nice view directly to the beach! Wifi wasn’t very strong, and sometimes difficult to connect

Fantastic breakfast with daily changing food - also high quality things like (cold) roast beef, vitello tonato, italian ham, handmade cakes and more. Staff was very friendly, location directly at the Beach. Rooms are quite small (check the room description during booking process), but for a few nights completely ok.

Everything perfect ?

Great, almost family atmosphere; the personal, incl. Managers are very, very friendly, supportive, all day long present (!), welcoming, and helping with each and every issue. Fabulous breakfast! Very good selection, fresh, tasty, creative. Just excellent. And.. everything absolutely clean. Also, we liked rand enjoyed ental bikes for free, family room, beach just in front of the house.. What a great place to stay Nothing
