A mixed experience at this apartment, with location being its strongest asset - just at the beach. The owner's responsiveness and professional handling of issues was also commendable. This apartment, while clean, significantly falls short of expectations, particularly given its price point. The fundamental issues impact the basic comfort of staying here: The sound insulation is extremely poor - footsteps from upstairs are clearly audible and disruptive. Privacy is a major concern as the ground-floor windows face a high-traffic area, forcing us to keep blinds down constantly to prevent passersby from looking directly into our living space and bedroom. The unit is very basically equipped, lacking essential amenities. There was no toilet paper provided upon arrival, and while there were wine glasses, there wasn't even a bottle opener. The kitchen proved particularly frustrating, with a problematic stove that required following a 5-step troubleshooting manual just to function properly. While the space is maintained clean, the overall atmosphere feels sterile and institutional rather than welcoming. The complete lack of thoughtful touches or basic provisions makes it feel more like temporary housing than a holiday apartment. At a lower price point, these issues might be more acceptable. However, given the price charged, the value for money is simply not there.

Location is at the beach. View from the balcony. It’s more a French balcony type but still perfect to enjoy morning sunrise with a coffee or sunset. Luca was extremely welcome and helped us with everything, especially with getting out with a car, it’s little bit tight..kitchen has everything we needed.. Stove could be bigger as we are fans of cooking but it’s not essential as it is vacation and who needs to cook:) recommendation for restaurants from Luca was absolutely great. There was nothing really. Maybe wine glasses? Somehow I experienced it before that Italian property didn’t have wine glasses so I had to enjoy wine from juice glass :) again it’s not a big deal.

Exceptional

The apartment was well equipped (including dishwasher and induction hob), very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. The host was very friendly and helpful, going well beyond our expectations. Huge advantage is a close proximity to the beach with allocated sun beds. We will definitely come back to this place when we visit Caorle next time. All was perfect

Great location, comfy apartment, nice host, good wifi, easy parking. Bathroom is not spacious enough.

Great location in Caorle, right next to beach, very close to city center and shops. Very clean appartment, good furnishing, new bathroom. Everything was taken care of, parking+beach site+washing/drying machine. Great warm showers when returning from beach. Air conditioning in every room. Just minor things, could use small sofa in living room, but there would be problem with space. No balcony but overall accomodation is great.
