Very good

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was unbelievable! All are so kind and helpful! The "bar/lobby" area was too crowded by night, couldn't sit down for a drink and the room was quite loud, it was in the top of the kitchen, so from 7 am in the morning you could hear people load in stuffs and talking to each other very loud.

We have spent only 1 night in the hotel with my children and dog, but it was great experience, willing staff, clean and cosy room, pet friendly hotel, beach and parking are close to the hotel, all perfect! Kitchen equipment - door from kitchen wardrobes were a bit broken and it seems that it might fall down.

The hotel is in an excellent location. There is no problem with parking, at least not in the spring. At breakfast, a very large selection of dishes, the staff is friendly. There are no towel holder in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was superb the room was clean and well heated. (NB I was there in December.) The room is little small and the interior of the room is a quite vetuste (broken floor, all furnitures were little broken here and there, old and dirty-like curtains). There was not even a drinking glass in the room, neither in the bathroom for teeth-was. I went there with my small dog, they were all friendly with the dog itself, but although charging extra 10 euros per day for the dog, there was no facility for the dog at all (ex no bawl for him.) Hair-wash and shower gel was not there is sufficient quantity.

Very clean and excellent place. Positive stuff that makes you feel welcome . Healthy breakfast and has everything you need. Close to the beach and easy to find your sunbeds.this was my first time at this hotel and I am considering to come back . Thank you The bathroom was very, very hot, even when you opened the window, still not refreshed, especially after the shower. But the air-conditioning in the room worked perfectly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to park my car in a park house a few hundreds of meters from the hotel for 10 EUR/day. The breakfast was excellent. the location of the hotel is very good. On the beach there are umbrellas and sun beds for the guests of the hotel, no additional payment is needed. The beach is excellent. The room was really small, with the window looking at a narrow passage between the hotels where the trash bins were kept. The door of the bathroom could not be completely closed. A small repair would have solved this inconvenient.

Very good access to the beach and the hotel provided a booked number for the beach umbrella and sitting at the beach. Good breakfast and diverse. Very nice and kind staff. The sitting at the table for breakfast was somehow preferential, we were actually moved from our table two times in the course of the separate days. The WIFI was very very very very bad, dial-up days bad!!!!!!!

Fantastic restaurant, great breakfast and dinner, location good, 3-4 minutes to walk to Beach, 2 free each-chairs and parasol included, 12 minutes ti walk to Old town centre, but restaurants and a lot of souvenir ships just outside the hotel; grocery store just beside (1 minute to walk). Ok balcony with 2 chairs (no table in room, nor on balcony), efficient air condition. Clean room and everywhere. Good service by all staff. Very busy at restaurant/bar in the evening, but good athmosphere. No refrigirator in room, parking house is 6 minutes to walk from hotel, but felt safe; there were no free parking places on arrival marked with the hotel’s name, - then when we called and asked what to do, we were told to just find a parking space marked with some of the other hotel’s after our choice but as close to Hotel Venezia’s parking places as possible, - this worked fine for us, i.e. we were not fined. The bed and pillows were quite bad, but room otherwise ok.

it was very clean, quiet in an evening and the food was lovely. there was nothing I didn’t like

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Although the hotel doesn’t serve evening meals in the low season they were happy to recommend a local restaurant (Doppia V) which was very good. The waitress at breakfast was particularly helpful and told us an alternative way to get into Venice, which only a local would know. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and the cafe within the hotel served lunch and snacks most of the day.

A lovely family hotel. food at lunchtime was excellent, all the locals eat there which is a good sign.
