great staff, very helpfull and kind. the room was small and especially the bathroom was extremely small, although all was there...you could hardly move.

The room was clean. View of the sea from the room was beautiful. The bathroom is in the need of an urgent renovation. Walls were too thin, every noice of the neighboors was audible, I could not sleep because of loud TV playing in next room.

The location seemed nice. The look of the reception was very nice, tidy and just how we had imagined it. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcome by the owners so we left the property after a short argument. I did not get to see the rooms, so I cannot judge of their cleanliness or comfort!

Staff at poolside bar were great. Nice pool. Checkout was 10am (not unusual) but we were surprised that we were asked to pay additional parking fee of €15 for a couple of hours before we departed.

Located just a few steps from the Levante beach. The distance to the old town is 1km. Nice pool are. Free parking. Pet friendly. Rooms would need an update, especially the bathrooms.

My wife and I always try to find hotels or other places to stay with better value to us than the price, we need to pay. Hotel Villa Maria was definately such a place ? Here you have: - A very fine, little hotel with everything nice, clean and in perfect order. - Friendly staff - Quiet during the nights - An almost new swimming pool area with a view to the beach and ocean - 25-50 meters to the beach promenade with shops, restaurants, bars etc. - A very nice beach, shallow water far out, and very warm waters in summer time - 10 minutes walk to the very center of the old part of the town - Fine areas with nature and channels around also only 10-15 minutes away, if you fancy a run, walk or little bike trip outside the city - A very nice city with everything, you need, no matter you age. We loved this place and would definitely keep this place on our bucket list for another future trip.

We were staying for just one night and regretted we did not stay longer. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and reacted quickly to the requests. Special thanks for assisting to leave the hotel parking lot as I was struggling to get out of the parking spot myself. The hotel sunbeds are a short walk only. Breakfast offered a good choice. We stayed with our dog, so the hotel is pet friendly. It was not very clear to me what is included and what is extra when I did the booking. But this was clarified by the staff, so no issue.
