The view ,the kindness of the staff , the breakfast was very delicious , the bar in the 8th floor was very nice

Good location Stair case Had a water leak on the 7th floor and was not fixed during my stay The adult pool had a lot of kids below 3 years in the water and it was very noisy . There is a kids pool but the staff didn’t enforce it . Won’t come back

The rooftop bar was very loud, we could hear the music in our room beneath until 1am. Also we heard the movement of chairs during breakfast. We switched rooms to a lower level which made it better but not fully great. One more thing that we noticed is that you don‘t get a bottle of water each day. Since you cannot drink tapwater we would expect this in a 5 star hotel.

Please, arrange elevator, so that it picks up guests logically, in order :) First come first,,,and picking up guests in the same direction..

Perfect position, nice big suite , nice restaurant where we had a very delicious dinner, also the breakfast was delicious, the staff working in the restaurants were great They give you beach chairs only for 2 persons even if you are 4 and you payed the hotel for 4 persons. Also in the room only 2 small bottles of water , not 4. And the other day they don’t give you any saying that the water it’s only at the arrival. This is a 5 star hotel they say. I had water in the room every day staying at 4 star hotels , even 3 stars. Entering , the suite was very hot , no air condition at 38 degrees outside. We had to call the reception, they said that they have to turn it on and that we have to choose between the minimum and the maximum degrees . At a 5 star hotel this could not happening. When working the air conditioner was exactly in front of the bed so it was impossible to sleep with the air coming directly to your head. Very bad design. The elevators worked very slowly, sometimes you had to wait even 10’ , this is a problem for older people , they can just go up 8 floors on the stairs.

Great breakfast,great location and very good management.I am making this evaluation as an owner myself of a 5 star hotel and I can say that the management is perfect, very well educated and helpful, the room was so clean , I could swear that I was the first client in that hotel.
