Location is nice. That's about all I can say. This hotel is stuck in the 1970s. Decor hasn't been updated for decades. Mattress was yellowed, probably at least 30 years old. No safe in room. TV was behind glass..? Water faucet to rinse beach sand from feet wasn't working. Breakfast was below average for a typical hotel cafe amanha. Cook seated at entrance to breakfast to ensure only paid guests could enter...gave her our room number and she couldn't locate it, just stared at me until I pointed on her page to show we were there and fully paid. Windows haven't been cleaned in years, most likely. There's a definite 1970s vibe to this place, and not in a cool, disco kind of way. There are quite literally dozens of apartment/hotel buildings being built less than a mile away, and I suspect this hotel is not long for this earth...
