Regarding pricing, after a more accurate and complete evaluation, I believe the hotel is worth no more than 40–50% of its current price at most, especially when compared to other hotels in Phuket that offer far better cleanliness, service, and facilities. The property is very small and clearly old. The rooms are cramped, and both the bedrooms and bathrooms are narrow and uncomfortable, making the stay far from relaxing. Upon arrival, there was no bellboy waiting at the entrance. However, after requesting assistance from the reception, one staff member did help us with our luggage. Even so, the level of welcome and preparedness is far below what is normally experienced at other hotels in Phuket. The so-called views mostly overlook old houses and rooftops, which is neither attractive nor suitable for a hotel marketed as a beachfront resort. In addition, there are no suitable or appealing views for photography, which is very disappointing. The beach itself is not clean and full of seaweed, which significantly reduces the enjoyment of sitting by the beach or swimming. The beach seating area is very limited and small. Despite arriving in the afternoon — not during peak morning or sunbathing hours — seating availability was still extremely restricted. Another negative point is that the hotel’s beachfront restaurant and/or café located on the ground floor requires a minimum spend of 1,500 to 2,000 THB to sit at the front-row or second-row tables, which feels unreasonable and inconvenient for hotel guests. Additional issues include: • The air-conditioning unit is located on the small balcony, placed very close to the seating chair, making the balcony uncomfortable and almost unusable.

Very clean, great breakfast, nice rooms. No beach loungers available, just at the pool. Which is nice but music plays all day through the speakers.

we had a great time the pool was clean and good size plus the view of the beach from the pool is fantastic beach was clean we had good time swiming there breakfast is brunch with lots of varities and so delicious staff was so helpfull and polite I love every moment i stayed there . nothing everything was perfect.

Very tinny as a Resort

Room was spacious. Room slippers provided. Balcony. Complimentary drinks and snacks. Roof top infinity swimming pool with views of bay and pool water was and ‘felt’ clean without any chlorination smells. Property location had enough restaurants within 1-5 mins walk, pharmacy, 7-eleven, massage parlors, fruit stalls. This contrasted with other properties located much further before and after this property that was more isolated. Beach was clean and fairly wide, certain stretches had rocky stones. No big waves, good for swimming. Sometimes (rare occasions) you get bites in the ocean.

My wife and I travellend to Thailand on our honeymoon. The hotel went out of thier way to acknowledge our honeymoon with an upgrade and a small, thoughtful surprise in the room. Staff was very welcoming. I am not sure if the restaurant is part of the hotel or a business partnership, but the food and service was not up to par with the service of the hotel. The restaurant is overpriced considering the quality of the food and service.

The most helpful staff I've ever met! The location is very close to the beach. Very clean, and just the smile of the room service lady in the corridor is enough to have a bright day! We enjoyed every second in the hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Good spot for a restful few days with the family. Quiet area clean beach. And good local restaurants in the neighbourhood.

This was a perfect stay that offered relaxation and secluded beach access! Bandara resort is amazing value for the money we spent. The staff is attentive, the partner restaurant is delicious, and the facilities were all modern and clean. The small beach by the hotel is quiet and absolutely beautiful, which made staying here even more worth it for us. Their spa services are fantastic as well. I would recommend this stay to anyone :)

Nice swimming pool. Breakfast ok maybe a bit overpriced. The design of the building does not help moving around, you will have to catch walk between 2 lifts if you want to reach the swimming pool from the beach. Bar at the swimming pool is overpriced and seems that the "happy hour" is just over by 15 mins when you ask for a drink.
