I loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. I was blown away when I entered my suite and saw the pool. I loved to hear the crashing of the waves to go to sleep to. I spent hours just looking out at the ocean from my lounge chairs and really was able to relax and take time to myself while staying there I liked it all!!

I am very disappointed because they promote the room as a Villa with an ocean view, it was a room with a building/roof view and could see only very little of the ocean... When i tried to speak with the manager Kimberly to change the room to an actual ocean view one, she avoided me three days... until i gave up... Besides the top management, the staff, food and beach were great.

Great view, great staff The AC didn’t work properly it was rather extremely cold or very hot, the shower pressure was very bad and the food in the restaurant had not healthy options at all and very processed and oily however there are few places nearby that have healthy options

If there were a sliding door or a partition separating the bathroom from the bedroom, it would have made the stay perfect. However, I truly enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly. I would like to suggest that the bathroom could have a partition separating it from the bedroom. Unfortunately, the bathtub is very close to the bed, and the water splashes onto the floor. We had to place towels on the floor to absorb the water. If there were a sliding door or a partition separating the bathroom from the bedroom, it would have made the stay perfect.

Great breakfast, rooms beautiful , pool okay it’s very quiet, not a lot of entertainment, but that’s maybe why people come there it’s remote. We like that but we also like nightlife so that’s long way with taxi to paying ?

Our villa was amazing—complete with a private pool and direct access to a semi-private beach. We also ordered a floating breakfast, which was absolutely delicious, just like all the food served at the restaurant. Honestly, I seriously want to live here. The staff went above and beyond by recommending great places to visit, tours to join, markets, restaurants, and spas. Their help made our trip even more memorable. Highly, highly recommend this hotel! Nothing

The villas are an absolute dream. The room and the view were amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant and bar was very good. The room was very private and comfortable. The added extras such as the afternoon fruit and desserts delivered to your room were a special surprise. Well worth the money. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property

Not sure what people like about this hotel, WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY OVERPRICED, nothing special to be honest, simple hotel, like normal Marriot but 4x the price, Air Conditioner was blowing right on us when we slept, the temperature was impossible to adjust not sure why. The location was terrible, nothing to do. just sit in the hotel, you can go there for MAX a day or 2. The Hotel pool was thiny, the restoran was way overpriced too, 3x the price of the same food which were serving the restorants right next door. and the breakfast was till 10am, I am on a vacation why would I wake up so early. I would recommend to take a boat to Phi phi and stay the same days there, 10000000000000 times better places there and 4x less the price.
