They not provide a bathroom slipper and still water in the room

The staff were very kind and polite and accommodating. There was a guarded parking and the neighbourhood felt saver than other neighbourhoods of CapeTown. Towels were clean. The room also looked clean. The breakfast was nice. There was mold in the shower corners. You could hear every sound coming from outside. You could hear every door that opened and closed. Also traffic outside was hear-able. The airco unit made a lot of noise. The croissants weren’t freshly made.

Shower water did not drain well. Comforter was too heavy and bed had me feeling itchy all night, resulting in lack of sleep.

The property is perfect, well presented and laid ou Regarding the evening Buffet, the food was the worst i have ever had.The meat must have been 3 rd grade chuck. It was impossible to cut, full of bone fillings . I should have stuck to the al la cart menu. They still made us pay R240.00 per person. What a rip off. The breakfast was fairly good but none of the waiters seemed to know what was going on .I asked for tea,yes tea for one,hot or cold milk, cold please.Tea came no milk.Has to get up and look for a milk jug, they had none, they gave mr a fruit drink glass. Can believe that in 8 months the service dropped from hero-to zero.I was really appaslleding. There were other visitors there who were also disgusted in the food.

The room and breakfast were nice. The pool was under maintenance and they made it look like the notice was on Booking.com prior to the booking. I know for a fact that it wasn't there... I was really unhappy with that situation...

It’s clean and accessible Toiletries and other housekeeping need was not complete. Unlike other hotels, they make it available right away

Good location for city - about 20 minutes walk to the V&A waterfront. Clean rooms and hotel felt safe. Very comfortable beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Sadly the pool wasn’t open for most of our stay. But that was just unfortunate timing for us and wasn’t a problem - it opened for our final day.

Breakfast was great. Staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Nice to have access to a pool. Only about 6 loungers for the entire pool which were gone before breakfast! So you either get a hard plastic chair or no chair at all. Plenty space for more loungers so makes no sense not to provide them.

Location and helpful staff Very noisy aircon and coffee shop and restaurant closed at 10:30

I loved the special touch of the anniversary cakes we received, breakfast was great! The room was clean, parking was great, the swimming pool was clean and a beautiful temperature - The check in and out process was quick and easy - Very nice vibe If anything, we had no wash clothes or toothpaste in the room so that wasn't great, also the tv's could be upgraded to pick up streaming services

Well set up for the Cycle tour with a safe room to store the bike and a 4am breakfast on race day. Also, very kindly let me have a late checkout on race day, which meant I could shower and repack the bike. This was greatly appreciated. The worlds noisiest AC unit. Wildly loud. The second night was cooler so could leave the AC off. But could hear the AC unit in the room next door, that is how loud the units are!

The breakfast is great ! Safe parking
-
Friendly staff, clean and well-run hotel, conveniently located
-
Felt a bit grubby and unclean
-
The Aircon was terrible, very old and louder than a generator. Forcing you to make a decision between sleep and staying cool.
-
Great service and friendly staff
-
Everything was perfect, the accessibility room for my parents was top notch will the bathroom having the needed elements (shower seat, handles etc) Parking was right by the lift, making their access easier
-
They allow smoking in the rooms so there is a smell. No glass policy at the pool.
