In generell we have been very happy The dining at the Veranda was a distaster, the yellow tail one evening was dry and the duck following evening was not tender and without any taste - just left the Table !! Mac Donalds next time

The hotel was wonderful for our family, and the staff in particular were superb. They could not do enough to make our stay a pleasure, with the porters in particular always going above and beyond - Mbuso was especially great. All the staff were so attentive to our needs, and made a real fuss of our two young kids.
