Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Our private room had a nice view, the staff were absolutely AMAZING, friendly and helpful in every way.

The location on Kloof is great, the staff r always wonderful, and work hard keeping the hostel spotlessly clean. The beds r comfortable and shower facilities very good. The hostel is great value for money.

TV/Netflx was difficult to operate 1. Room size, 2. TV

Location means noise is there till 2am

There is a bar downstairs that plays very loud music so if you stay in the rooms facing Kloof street good luck to sleep. My advice is do not stay on top of that bar.

The location on Kloof St., is great, the kitchen facilities r excellent and the dining area good. Staff r always friendly, easy going and working hard maintaining the premises. My room was comfortable and shower facility good. Never at Home on Kloof is great value for money. I had problems in the dining area with smokers. There r no rules and smokers think it’s ok to light up next to someone eating!

Wow! I was very impressed with my experience at Never@Home and can't wait to stay at one of their spaces again. I have never stayed in a hostel before and was a female on my own. The experience was beyond what I expected. Never@Home provides you with all you need to meet new people and to 100% immerse you in the culture and activities of your location. I made 4 new friends from around the world and grew as a solo traveller. I would definitely recommend staying at Never@Home.

I had a private room with en suite bathroom. The price was fantastic. The staff helpful. The location, with restaurants and stores surrounding it, was a 10. Safe neighborhood. I was very happy I booked this place. No AC and it was VERY hot during the day.
