Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious and clean. All in all, a comfortable stay. Ordered wings from the restaurant and it was not good at all.
-
The lack of sandals and robs as well as the television set in the room
-
No iron for clothes. No smart tv

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the Gardens area. The room size and facilities were decent. The breakfast was decent as well but kind of repetitive over multiple days. Plenty of parking in the hotel. I had requested for a slightly later check-out but the staff kept asking me to follow-up on it later and finally told me that it will not be possible. The housekeeping folks seem to be overworked and any request took forever to be serviced.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood of the Gardens area. My stay was quite good with respect to the room and its facilities. The room size was a bit of the smaller side but we did have a nice view of the Table Mountain and Lion's Head. The breakfast was decent but kind of repetitive each day. There were plenty of parking spots which was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. If you like Indian or Thai cuisine, there are a couple of nice restaurants just around the corner from the hotel. The housekeeping service seemed to be severely under staffed and slow. My requests for something as basic as coffee sachets took almost 45 mins to be serviced. Additionally, when we checked in the restaurant did not offer a-la-carte dinner quoting Earth Day as an excuse!

Generous complete breakfast. Chose location near Table Mountain lift but no point during cloud season Evening meal in restaurant, the worst lamb chops of all time -- tiny, gristly and incinerated. Evening staff gave no acknowledgment but on checkout management did waive the bill.

It was a relaxing experience. Not one of the staff over stepped there boundaries. And your privacy was your own. There breakfast baffet was exceptional. Room service amazing I loved my stay.

The breakfast was exceptional. Eat once and only snack a bit during the day till u get Zepis give u real supper! Gym and Pool ....very clean and nca! Somehow, Uber guy always get the entrance wrong of the reception and end up wondering around saying they missed the turn etc. Bit frustrating.

The aircon in the room was dirty an mouldy. No space for long hanging clothes in the cupboards.
-
Old TV with poor quality pictures. No spoons in the room. Fridge not cooling
-
Great location and parking. There were kiddies parties on Saturday and Sunday, totally occupied the pool and another event. With a large amount of outside people, the hotel was understaffed and services were slow.
-
Great location in Cape Town. Good parking and friendly staff. Bar was constantly out of stock of something and seemed to struggle. Staff were great though and persevered through it.
-
The breakfast lol No microwave
-
It was a mission to get coffee and orange juice. The watermelon was not great. The carpet in the room looked dirty, there was no guest handcream or sjampoo.
