Nice location , clean neat , friendly people The pictures and description showed swimming pool , this was false as the pool was not included in any of the apartments for use It was rented out privately The hot water was n issue the first day but was resolved after we complained

The venue is located in a quiet area and is clean, safe, and comfortable. Physical access is controlled by a gate with a remote. It has WiFi and DSTV as well.

The living area and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The outside patio was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom drains were smelly, we requested they be cleaned out but unfortunately that did not help. The apartment was clean but at very basic level. Some kitchen utensils still had residue from previous use. No daily make up of beds or room cleaning, only once every 5 days. Pillows were hard. The first hair dryer provided was tacky/sticky when held and blew up on first use. The second hair dryer provided had the plug and part of the electric cable held together with tape. This is an unsafe practice and such equipment should not be provided to guests. Upon our arrival after a long drive, there was no coffee or tea provided in our apartment as a gesture of gratitude. This small gesture would be greatly appreciated.
