The friendly and professional staff, the location, the views, the breakfast, the cleaningness. The rooms need some more new electricity plugs and adaptors for non-UK visitors. In the bathroom, it would be good to have a detachable shower head, on top of the fixed one.

Pool was out of service and it was very hot outside would've loved to utilize it.

Staff were friendly and helpful (recognised me on arrival from my previous visit) made me feel very welcome.

Comfortable, great helpful staff and location. The location of electrical outlets/adapters. In some rooms it makes it hard the dry your hair near a mirror or the outlets located in an awkward corner.

The location is very good, quiet, opposite a national museum, walking distance to a major street with most of the things including the sighting bus. Breakfast just ok. I had to ask for extra veggies which they were happy to provide. Friendly staff, hardly see housekeeping staff and when you do they were friendly too. 1. They indicated they have a shuttle to V&A, i even received an email to confirm that, but it was not available and they did not make any arrangements. 2. Maybe increase the variety in the lunch/dinner menu.

Great location, walking distance from Long Street with plenty of restaurants. Despite not having parking on-site, the parking at 15 on Orange can be used and is only a few meters from the hotel. Spacious, comfortable room. Great value for money.

Very nice room in a terrific location with a view of Table Mountain. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Great location. Amazing view. Could have been cleaner. All the things that mattered were perfectly clean but it could have been cleaner.

The rooms are lovely and nicely decorated. we came to watch the rugby - was great for the night.

Staff were wonderful, service orinted and exceptionally helpful. Good location Rooms on the 8th floor was noisy, with a constant hum in the background. I asked to be moved for the next night and an old air conditioner sticking out of the buiding rattled all night. So all in all not great for noise.

Good location, good value for money and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Cleanliness could have been better. Generally its a relatively basic hotel.
