הבחור בקבלה (Simpiwe) היה ממש נחמד ועזר לי עם כל מה שצריך. הרגשתי בטוח, עם זיהוי הפנים בכניסה מהחניון ומהלובי. המיקום מצוין, בשכונת סי פוינט, במרחק הליכה קצרה ממגוון מסעדות וברים. בכניסה לחדר חיכו לי פתקי קהלת פנים ושי צנוע, זה בעירר היה חמוד ומחמם את הלב. הדירה הייתה מעוצבת יפה, מודרני ומרשים, די מרווחת עם חלונות זכוכית ומרפסת היקפית. הכל מסודר ונקי, עם צוות ניקיון שדאג כל יום לבקבוק מים מינרליים גדול, עוגיות, קפסולות קפה וחלב במקרר. הייתה לי חוויה ממש נוחה וכיפית במלון. אין משהו מהותי, המלון פשוט נהדר.

Literally close to everywhere, very secure and residence type. There is a rooftop with a pool with gorgeous view For some reason housekeeping is coming at 08:30 am, maybe it is cape town thing, but i generally sleep so i had to leave bo cleaning tags. And when i asked them cleaned, I noticed not fully cleaned or trash has not fully picked up

Superb location and great meals in the restuarants. Nothing.

The "hotel" is actually an aparthotel and so these are condos on the lower floors (studios) used as hotel rooms. They are clean and comfy though economy and smaller than you'd think. They end of being fine... what really saves this place for a stay though is the excellent breakfasts at Sonny and Irene's downstairs (get the breakfast included) and the surrounding neighbourhood which has plenty of restaurants and an easy lope to the Sea Point Promenade. There's also an excellent laundry in the B1 level hat will do your laundry quickly and reasonably and return it to you same day if you drop off in the morning. Overall, really liked this place, though it was expensive for what you get. Beds were very comfy and slept well and it was surprisingly quiet so slept well each night. It is overpriced for what you get which is a narrow studio room. Has a good tv and a strange kitchnette with microwave and sink. Bathroom was a bit small but sufficient.

All was excellent

It was our 2nd stay here. We especially love the location, the spacious rooms, the two excellent restaurants. The roof top pool area is such a missed opportunity. Very uncomfortable seating (wood or concrete), no cushions and towels, no (bar) service. We went up on a very hot afternoon: the umbrellas were not out so there was zero shade available. Also bathrobes and a stocked mini bar would elevate the room experience.

Hotel is in great location in Sea Point; rooftop pool is nice; the breakfast restaurant and rooftop bar that are part of the same building are good (plenty of locals use them too); the room was genereoulsy sized; secure car parking in the basement. Very minor, but the cost covered in the breakfast restaurant might need to be slightly more in order to cover a full breakfast.

The staff was very polite. The hotel was very clean and I had a good room with really good views. The facial recognition was also top-notch. I also enjoyed the food and hospitality at Sonny and Irene.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and efficient, the face recognition and number plate recognition system for entry and exit made it all very slick and simple. An option for decaf coffee pods
