The peace and homey feeling. We felt like home. It was like visiting Grandma's house when you were a child. The hosts, Marten and Beryl made us feel like family. We have been twice this year and have already booked for next year. The backyard with all the shrubbery is amazing! We love it. That we had to go home!

Breakfast was a full English breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is great. Amazing garden. Will definitely go back No crumpets / flapjacks at breakfast.

Great breakfasts and very friendly helpful staff. Martin and his wife go the extra mile. Have stayed here several times now for a few weeks at a time and they make me feel at home. Highly recommend this establishment.

Martin is an excellent host, very helpful and informative He arranged a shuttle to the airport at 5:15 in the morning and provided a packed up breakfast. Easy ten minute walk to a shopping centre with restaurants. It’s getting a bit dated but is fine
