Everything was clean, well organized and inviting for my stay. Renovations being done next to the hotel and the beautiful room opening to it and that spoiled the stay a bit.

The staff was exceptional, they attended to our requests with the utmost respect and efficiency.? He restaurant is great. Good food. esthetically pleasing ?? The carpet in the passage needed a bit of cleaning or diffusers there was a slight stuffy smell

Very neat and rooms are spacious ❤️❤️❤️ Nothing at all

Staff, room size and facilities, good breakfast, excellent capuchino, beautiful view over Table Mnt. Thin walls, noisy guests, location close to Long str. and noise till late into night from nearby bars.

If you like to run, you need to uber to the waterfront. No easy running routes near hotel.

Location is brilliant, if you know Cape Town you are right smack bang in the middle of the City Bowl enjoying all the many restaurants, bars and other areas right at the hotel doorstep. Breakfast was divine, you can not expect anything more from a really great buffet style breakfast. N/A

We loved every moment! They surprised my husband with a cake and every staff member we encountered was amazing! Only thing I was sad about was that we did not know the gym or sauna was free to use... So hopefully we can use it on a next stay ;) Only thing I was sad about was that we did not know the gym or sauna was free to use... So we did not pack clothing

We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Pepperclub Hotel. The team went above and beyond to make my parents’ 30th anniversary truly special. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout their stay, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Thank you.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is excellent. They communicate well before arrival trying to ensure a seamless check in . The rooms are not completely modernized. Probably a little on the older side. However; clean, comfortable, & cozy. The views are incredible. The butler who assisted us throughout our stay was very attentive, friendly and felt like family. Godfrey was his name! Absolutely, the best. Also, Ndueme was fantastic. Many others were note worthy and fantastic. Especially the young lady in the bar area with two strand twist working the night shift. The elevators are extremely slow. Pool needs updating.

Saw a lot of mosquitos. Could use some fumigation. Also, a bit loud at night.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast (although the orange juice did no appear to be freshly squeezed) The gym is a bit dated, crammed with equipment but for some basic things like a Yoga mat you have to wait for someone to show up at the reception (often empty). They do no do laundry on weekends which is a bit strange for a five star hotel. Try "Laundry is best" - cheap and just two minutes from the hotel. There is just one button to call the elevator instead of up and down. So if you are on the 8th floor (pool) and want to go to your room on the 12th floor, half of the elevator stopping are on their way down.
