Spacious room, large bed. Great breakfast. The bathroom is big but the shower so small.

We have nothing to complain about. Food on the Saturday evening was great and breakfast on Sunday was standard to all hotels.

I loved the ambiance, food, service from the staff and room decor A slight housekeeping oopsie on my first night but it was rectified really quick and the rest of the stay was amazing

The setup of the loft was good. We ordered (rather pricey) room service. It took an hour to arrive and all the food was cold. The room did not have a cooler box or bar fridge, as advertised, although one was provided upon request. There was a mix-up with our breakfast packages the first morning, which meant we had to ask for credit to eat dinner at the restaurant and had to scramble to get some breakfast before we were due at our appointment. Booking.com did not allow me to indicate that 4 people would be staying in the loft. I sent a inquiry to the hotel re possible additional cost payable about 2 months in advance, but was only informed a few days before our trip that I had to pay a rather high amount extra per child for breakfast each morning. My frustration is not about having to pay, it is with the long delay between inquiring about additional cost and getting a response. If I knew about the additional R430 pd I might have looked for other alternatives in the higher price per night range.

Everything, and I mean everything was absolutely perfect. We wanted for nothing during our stay.

Lovely staff. Although the breakfast area was a bit all over the show, the variety and options were great. Breakfast was delicious. I specifically called ahead of time to ask if the loft had a microwave and was told yes. We arrived and there was no microwave.

The breakfast was very good, the hotel is in a good neighbourhood The WiFi password didn’t work, the pool was prohibited, the tv had only one channel which were not familiar with
