The shower water would leak out and leave one with a big puddle of water and wet bath mat 😞😥

Staff was very friendly and helpful. For a Hotel that is only 4yrs old, I wasn't impressed at all. Exhaust fan in out bathroom didn't work, base molding was sticking out off the wall on the corner of the bathroom entry (could really hurt if it was kicked barefoot), full length room mirror was never wiped down (some sort of smudges all over it), kitchen cabinet doors didn't close due to hitting one another, toilet wasn't bolted down or level and leaked, shower doors didn't seal and the water splashed out onto the floor and is damaging the wall plaster and grout (moldy, grungy looking stained grout). Just wasn't impressed for a hotel that old.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Room size was amazing. Complimentary breakfast had many options to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were not comfortable. Only negative. That was just our experience,they may be great for others.

Breakfast was on par with expectations and previous experiences at different hotels. I really liked the poppyseed loaf. I took a piece back to the room to have when I returned later in the day. YUMMY!!! I was traveling with my grandsons. I gave them the King bed and I took the sofa bed. However, the sofa is positioned so that the A/C blows directly onto the occupant. I was a frozen popsicle and the blanket provided was inadequate. I tried raising the temp to 70, but the heat then went on, so I kept it at 69 degrees. I wrapped myself in the blanket like a burrito

Booked via booking.com and trivago, specifically filtered for dog, price increased by $88 dollars for dog at check in, also received and additional $40 charge for an unknown reason. Room was filthy with dust and shower had red mold in each corner, photos for documentation! Hilton name has drastically changed and gone dramatically downhill since last time I travelled. Will be staying in Holiday Inn Express' from now on, literally 1/3 the price, 2x the welcoming and 4x cleaner! Incorrect Room Rates, your booking partners do not notify of pets when specifically stating you have pets! RED MOLD IN THE SHOWER! So much dust on the lamps next to the beds. Absolutely unacceptable for a Hilton name

I liked the layout of the suite. It was very comfortable. We had enough pillows and towels. The extra blanket came in handy.

everything was wonderful! even though it was expensive, it is the best hotel in Carlisle. There was one staff member, Rebecca in the front desk that was having a bad day. Other than that, it was perfect.

Very pet friendly. Nice breakfast buffet. Quiet.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I think the food quality wasn’t that good. The sausage patties were worse than fast food. The potatoes seem like they came right out of a bag no taste. And the scrambled eggs were very watery.
