Great location if you are planning to visit Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The rooms are spacious and has a kitchenette that could help lower your costs for meals. Well run Hotel.

Everything was great! I was, however, a little disappointed in the breakfast selection. There were boiled eggs, but no scrambled eggs or sausage. Mostly just quick-fix (starchy) foods.

Rooms stink-never pick up trash or clean up rooms in the whole week.

Fairly pleasant stay, other than the facility seeming slightly outdated, especially in the bathroom where the shower stall has what appeared to be mold spots and the drain floor being cracked. Oh and the bedding and towels didn’t have that fresh clean smell, that’s why I gave the good rating and not excellent!

We had an end room and it was creaking like crazy due to the wind. It was so bad it kept us up. It sounded like a hurricane outside. The issue is that when we complain to the staff, they knew about it. They told us they had a lot of complaints about that. It makes no sense if if they knew about it why would they put us in a bad room where you can hear the wind and the walls are creaking.
