We stayed here after hiking Carlsbad Caverns and one of our favorite places to stay on our trip. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and staff was great. Great location! Easy to walk to couple fast food options, but close to everything. Good food options nearby, easy to drive to and out of here.

Our only negative comment is that our room was not cleaned in our two night, three day stay

The suite was excellent. The sofa bed left a lot to be desired, and that is why I deducted one star. Service was great. Breakfast was so-so - typical buffet fare.

The breakfast menu was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel, my family loved it, I loved it and our room was amazing! The staff was all friendly unfortunately the pool is not heated but my kids still had a great time even in the middle of March it was still warm enough during the day to swim

Everything was great except the bed and the breakfast Bed - bed was so hard we could barely move and didn't sleep past 2 am more than 30 minutes or so Not enough towels in the room or bedding/ pillows for the pull out bed.

The hotel is very clean and had comfortable beds. We had a 2 room suite and the space was quite ample.

Breakfast was great and when I discovered a broken hair dryer in my room they promptly replaced it.

Everything about my stay was great. No issues. Very clean, tidy, my room had a kitchen which was very clean. This is my go to hotel in Carlsbad.
