Hotel Carmel

Nice and clean hotel but the beds need to be replaced I can tell from other properties that we have stayed the beds are old. Otherwise, it was very nice. Property delicious breakfast..

Really nice fireplace in bedroom. Perfect continental breakfast included. Spotless.

The location of the property is excellent….easy to access all the experiences on foot or a short drive to local points of interest. The hotel was OK, the rooms average and I was extremely underwhelmed by the front desk staff. Basic courtesy and good will were clearly missing. I would not recommend this hotel based on that experience. There are plenty of others at comparable pricing and I would try those first.

Though the bathrooms need renovation and are too small. Also I left my Japanese hair brush at my room when checking out. When realized message and called the Hotel, but they said there was no any item found. Which is weird for the such a pricey Hotel.

Amble parking. Close to main shopping and eating district. Close to a gas station if you need to fill up best a drive to Monterey or Big Sur.

The property is very charming. The rooms with fireplaces are lovely. The only drawback is the parking is super minimal and the bathrooms are very dated. The breakfast is nice, and they offer snacks in the afternoon as well. The location is very convenient.

Cute little place with a good sports bar connected on the property. My husband and I spent three days there and loved it, The rooms are clean and homey feeling. The courtyard is a nice place to sit and relax especially with the ambiance at night makes it even better. The only negative thing to say is the parking is first come first serve and the stalls are a little tight for an SUV or Truck. I highly recommend this place even with saying that.

Breakfast has some good, healthy selections.
