Hyatt Place Indianapolis Carmel

Room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

Was traveling for a wedding that was across the street. We had a great time, the hotel was friendly, accommodating, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was average, but everything else was great!

The suite was very small with only a small divider, not a separate bedroom. All else was great!

Let's see what I can pick out as things I didn't expect from a Carmel hotel. 1. Drawers that mysteriously open. 2. An air conditioner that when it turns on makes it seem like you are trying to sleep on an airport runway. 3. A very limited breakfast selection - and a boring one at that. 4. No carpet in the room (my fault for not looking at the pictures more closely before booking)

Bedding was clean and comfortable, the experience was streamlined, and the room was nice. There was extremely loud hvac constantly going off though. I ultimately had to get earplugs because it sounded like a 747 was perpetually gearing up to take off.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Will be staying here again.

Great stay!

Comfortable, and everything you'd expect from a budget friendly hotel. Fitness room more popular than most places. Pool looked nice. Ice makers that worked. Complimentary bottled waters. Would stay here again.

Cleanliness was great. Complimentary bottled water was nice. The breakfast could have been better. Breakfast started at 6:30 am and we were down there a little before 7:00 am. Some of the options were already depleted. Food was ok. Mattress was saggy.

Very clean and great stay

This hotel was very close to where we needed to go to an IU Health appointment. Sadly we got in late and had to leave early. But a nice breakfast was out ready to go by 6;30am. The room was very nice with a sitting area that converted to a fold out bed. The room was clean and in a quiet area. The staff was very welcoming.

It was a great experience, clean hotel convenient breakfast.

There was a musty smell throughout the building. The breakfast dishes were dirty. Our room bathroom was as dirty and had hair everywhere. Our cards were charged multiple times for different amounts at check in and check out.

The breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. Everything was fresh and presentation was pleasing. Ii would only have to say the toilet was a little low for us as well as the water pressure could be better. Other than that, we would consider staying here again next year and maybe coming in a day earlier to catch the sites in Carmel.

Cleanliness Lack of restaurant amenities and the parking. The Ritz Carlton next door had wedding parties and the sound was loud.

No one greeted us when we walked in.. we stood for 15 minutes or longer waiting to check in.. they were having a computer issues which is understandable, but at least acknowledge people.. then till at least midnight loud music was inside or at least close enough to hear… so if you are wanting a early sleep and quite it wasn’t the place for it.
