Everything was perfect, the breakfast especially and the kindness of the staff and the owner. The design of the room was great too. The city is great too, not overly touristic and alive with locals.

Well appointed, impeccable design built into the ancient city walls & watch tower overlooking the original town square. With rare large spa on the terrace. Great Breakfast served on the terrace. Close to Ostuni but without mass tourism Poor wifi due to city works

the location is good it’s in the center. also very clean room. Fridge in the room. The bed is really good. Also the shower the clock makes such a noise during the night at well we slept pretty bad. Also it was not clear when booking that the pool is not open and that they don’t serve breakfast. you get breakfast vouchers for across the road that’s a plus. Also the check in is not clear at all they have several buildings even though we had all the information we still needed to make a phone call. They answer straight away which is good to help is out.

Best location possible I think! Lovely breakfast on sunny terrace, with fruit salad and the eggs were delicious. Staff were good too. Stylish interior The Internet didn’t work at all. Because if the building being made of such wide stone walls we couldn’t get phone reception either. This was inconvenient. Staff kindly gave us wifi code for cafe across the road but this didn’t reach us at the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely - served on the terrace each day, always plenty of choice and lovely coffee There was nothing we didn't like The front steps into the property are very steep and uneven - it is an old building that was part of the city walls, so it does require great care and would not suit any one with mobility issues.

the location right in the center of the lovely authentic non-tourisitic town. the attention from from the staff who checked us in and looked after us. the cleanliness and the comfy bedding. the nice roof terrace for the guests to share. the room's two windows - one in the door and the other next to the bed, making up most of the wall - face public areas and need to be shaded if you want privacy, and don't open, meaning you have no fresh air aside from a window behind the sink in toilet. a very sensitive motion sensor in the room flashes a green light every time you roll over in bed.

Difficult fresch fruits fantastic! I didn't reed about the steps to the rooms and the breakfast Terrasse.... they are small and steep. Not easy for everyone

Excellent location right in the center of Carovigno. Very modern property with a large and relaxing communal area containing a Jacuzzi. Very clean with a nice breakfast. We also received an upgrade to the Tower suite , which was appreciated ! The check-in process is cumbersome. Uploading documents in advance of the visit was time consuming. Then being asked to pay a very small city tax via a link (again in advance), providing card details, etc, was not necessary in my opinion. I would suggest that the person who meets/greets could take care of these details very quickly on arrival. While I would still strongly recommend this property as a a place to stay, I have to say that, as a customer, I found these steps frustrating.

We had such a grate stay. The appartement was very clean and the service was great. The host of the hotel was very easy to contact and she would help right away with everything. The location is great if you want to travel through the area of Puglia and near to Ostuni.

We had a wonderful stay and the breakfast was lovely! Also everybody from the staff were very friendly! When we had a rainy day in the morning they immediately texted us to ask if we would like breakfast in the room. The room was well decorated, we totally loved it! We had a room downstairs and we are used to live in a city so the sounds in the evening were fine by us but if you would like to have a bit more of silence I should recommend to book a room above.

Lovely, modern apartment in the city center of Carovigno. Some very nice restaurants close to the apartment. Very good contact with the owner. Very clean. Wish the jacuzzi was working, but as we found out we were off-season when it is closed - there is no pool, only big jacuzzi. Also because off-season there was no breakfast served - for breakfast (coffee+cornetto) you get voucher to cafe downstairs. With jacuzzi and breakfast it would be outstanding.

it was lovely! comfortable, stylish, great location in town center, easy parking, great breakfasts, helpful staff. the only downside are the entry stairs from the street to the rooms. They are very steep and narrow. For an elderly person with a suitcase, or anyone with even a small disability, they are very challenging.
