At breakfast all of the cups and bowls were cardboard which wasn’t a very pleasant experience. The staff weren’t very pleasant when we queried why they were the only hotel we’d stayed in all week which asked for ID.

For my purposes Safari Hotel is ideally located. It is an upscale hotel which exceeded my expectations. The staff were personable and professional and the room was great. Nothing comes to mind. Everything was great.

The reception changed the ending time for check in on the arrival day, as compared to what was written in the email, which caused a bit of confusion and stress.

Breakfast was ok but a bit basic Some staff were more professional than others. Annoyed to be told the times for breakfast and then found it was cleared away by the morning staff, who clearly didn't want to hang about! Decor needs a refresh. Tapas menu is quite strange!

nice , clean , big room only reception and bar open in the evening. breakfast was minimum, for 15 euro pp not ok, it was worth 5 euro pp my idea. and coffee cup and disches in paper, cutlery in wood, everything for waste after breakfast.....

parking good complicated check in, Ask double identification??? Is not enough with one ID??? crazy, no towels on room, need to ask, distrust management, I was disappointed here!

Unfriendly Staff, they would not let us access the pool area an hour before our check in time on a 40 degree day.
