Very basic Hotel with basic breakfast, location was OK for us near industrial area and 3 restaurants. Good parking around the hotel secured and locked after 10pm Weird Smell in the hallway, door to the shower didn't close, needed to shower in the bathtub and that was really high to step in and out from. Rooms where very basic and not always clean, need to ask for clean towels and toilet paper no night reception. Doors didn't automatically lock after room was cleaned doors were open all day. No room safe available to lock valuables. Bad internet connection, staff don't speak English.

Good venue to watch the rugby at the Beaujoire stadium (easy to walk to). A decent selection of nearby restaurants (definitely go to Lulu Paulette) Carpet needed hoovering. Toilet roll seemed to be rationed!!!!

Nothhing Nobody at reception on a Sunday after 8pm

For one night it was ok. It has easy access to public transport and parking. We stayed for Rugby world cup and it was convenient for accessing the stadium. Even though it was highly overpriced for that occasion. Check in was a bit complicated as we arrived a bit early and there was no one at the reception until 15:00, and check in was starting ar 17:00. So we had to come back after game to make sure we got the room to sleep.

The location is good if you want to take advantage of the free city-wide public transportation on weekends, with bus stop only 100yds. It took approximately 45 minutes to get to city centre (bus + tram) but you don't have to worry about finding and paying for parking, etc, (or drinking if so inclined). Breakfast was very limited. Hot water for tea wasn't hot!! TV didn't work at all. It would turn on but nNO channels were available. Room service didn't even attempt to do any cleaning or check if toiletries/toilet paper was required.

Location was perfect for going to the match! Transport was just outside the door!! Nothing! Only there for a short while. You can hear people in the hall way. But other wise clean and comfortable
