Nice big room (we had a 3 person bedroom). close to the centre and the beach. Friendly people. No coffee in the room Breakfast was half empty when we arrived, people after us did not have a lot to eat of the fresh food, only packaged food (crackers). And it was only 9:15, this is not okay if you can have breakfast until 10:30.

Residence Marina offers traditional Italian vibe and accomodation style very close to the sea. We went in December to visit Cinque Terre national park in 40 minutes distance from this place. The sweet Italian breakfast can be hit or miss for some, but we liked it overall. The facility offers generous coffees any time of the day, and possibility to warm up food. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and our kid was roaming freely in their space. May be a scale-up to better apartment would have earned them 9-10 rank, but triple room was fairly okay in size. Parking in front of the residence or in the vicinity is permitted. I would come again if they promise my coconut cake for breakfast :) Rooms do not have electric kettle, or iron. So bring them along. Breakfast can be gone early in the morning and there may be a lack of anything savory, so better be prepared for such cases. I can imagine in high season, these properties are like hot cakes.

Everything was great at this location , clean, updated, comfortable, quiet street parking out the front door. 400 meters to beach and restaurant s Difficult to get on internet . One router for main floor second router for First floor after spending 45 minutes and having to ask 2 staff I figured it out then it worked fine!

Great location, easy parking, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, cute little room, clean and new bathroom, nice little terrace in front of the room At check-in at 3:30pm the main door was closed and we didn’t have any other information. Had to call the B&B to ask for the code of the keybox outside. This is something that could have been communicated earlier

nice and family friendly budget location. great breakfast and garden. tiles in the bathroom and shower door should be cleaned. Also, bulbs could be stronger in the bathroom
