Nothing special about this property. I expected more being a Double Tree property. Bath tub would t hold water and the Air Conditioner worked only part of the time so it didn't maintain a cooler temperature. It would get hot then cool off then get hot again.

When we checked in they told me that we have to paid for the breakfast 😭

They charged an extra possible damage charge and have not received the money back.

The only issue we had was housekeeping did not clean our room one day. My husband paid housekeeping extra money to clean our room when we left for the day and it was not done.

We booked this stay mainly for the pool, the stated we needed bracelets to enter the pool. We went back to the front to get our bracelets to then later see that everyone at the pool did not have any on. It was over crowded and very dirty. There was no towels and we let security know we waited he said he would call someone to bring towels. We waited over 30 mins and they never showed up with towels we were unable to enjoy the pool area due to it being very dirty and over crowded. I expressed this to the front desk and all they could say was I’m sorry. This was a horrible stay.

Staff was great! We especially liked the warm chocolate chip cookie at check in . The restaurant on site was delicious. I recommend the burger!! We only stayed for one night so we could catch a cruise ship the next day. Definitely coming back.

The shower head was noylt sealed and was spraying water to the ceiling above the toilet, the towel drying hook was halfway pulled out, the toilet paper holder was halfway off also. Breakfast was also $26 per person for overcooked scrambled eggs, flimsy bacon and sausage, yogurt, and toast, lacking any waffle or french toast. Not worth it

I liked that the TV had a welcome greeting addressed to my name. And I really enjoyed the swimming pool and area. I didn't like that I had to pay for parking.

The food I had was very good (mongolian Beef), the beer was cold. some areas need to be refreshed, like the elevators
