Breakfast was good but too expensive for breakfast for a family to eat every day. It was over $80 for three people for the breakfast buffet. Our room was only cleaned one time and we had to come back downstairs every day and ask for our trash to be emptied and ask for more towels and toilet paper.

Kristine and Thalia at the front desk were excellent. Had some phone conversations with other staff prior to our arrival that I was not impressed with. When I rate a hotel the items that affect the score the most are Bed, cooling system, and odor or lack there of. The bed for me was a deal breaker for us as it was uncomfortable. Did not sleep good at all after a 6 hour trip.
