no handyman on duty Was told I could come get a plunger and fix it myself I’m handicapped had to convince front desk to bring me the plunger cuz I couldn’t walk that far Had to plunger toilet several times Not happy

The hotel is under renovation. We stayed on a floor that was being painted and work was going on. Our room had been partly renovated. The paint and sheet rock were sloppy and our door to our room stuck and would stay open if you didn't shove it pretty hard. The beds were good and it was clean. The staff was very nice. We just caught them in the middle of growing pains.

The hotel had workers painting. There was a sign visible at check in however nothing was mentioned when booking. My family and I woke up the drilling and screw driving for a few hours while they took down items off the wall to paint.

It smelled like marijuana as the elevator opened.It smelled the same in the morning. The couch had holes in it. There was no grout in between the tiles on the floor. There were holes in the couch. The vent looked like it had not been cleaned in months.

The staff tried to helpful. The location was good. Breakfast was good. We had 2 rooms. It took us 4 tries to find one room with a working phone and a working TV. The Rooms and halls smelled heavily of cigarette smoke with a tinge of weed.

Shower was good, room was good size and had all I needed Better location but overall was good for my needs.

Breakfast area was very clean and good for what it was. Lobby and room were clean. Homeless people hanging out very close to the hotel. A little pricey for a basic hotel.
