Very well kept Hotel. Managers reception was nice. Made to order omelette/eggs were excellent with a great variety of other items as well to choose from. Location was less than 10 minutes from the airport!

Hotel had efficient check-in - but do not have plans on getting an early check-in. We called the night before and very early the morning of our arrival in hopes of getting an early check-in (around 2:00 or 3:00 versus 4:00) and were told that would not be possible. We made do but with a hotel this size, and being a status member - I felt it was a minor request. Room was lovely - corner suite with all of the amenities however, we were only given 3 bath towels for a room sleeping 6. No robes, no blankets, no extra pillows for the pull-out sofa - these are small details - but they are also the details that set exceptional hotels apart for good hotels. We would stay here again, the hotel was clean, staff very friendly upon checking/out and was convenient to our venue for our event. Just know what you are getting prior to your arrival.

The room was clean and even nicer than expected! Roomier than I even needed, but was much appreciated! Staff was lovely and very helpful, I arrived quite early and while they couldn't check me in 4 hours early they did manage to get me in my room before the scheduled check in time (would've been fine if they couldn't I get that rooms have to be cleaned and turned etc), but they could've easily said 'no check in before normal time' but they went the extra mile to get me in once the room was ready, which was really lovely. Breakfast was pretty good too for being free.

They ended up charging me a penalty (one night stay) even though I never made it. Not the service I’m used to from this brand and it’s so unfortunate. Made an emergency travel situation so much worse.

The front desk staff were cold and it seemed like I was inconveniencing them just by checking in….and I was just checking in. I didn’t ask for anything. Seems like hospitality in the south is gone.

I was really impressed by the ladies who were clearing the tables. So gracious, helpful and friendly. It takes a lot to serve the public. I don’t know their names. One was an elderly lady (mature) and another one worked at a local school (Reddy Creek I think). Thanks for your service.

Location was great for Lenovo Center and quick eats down the road. Overall clean, comfortable beds which are hard to come by. Showers could use an upgrade- overall good stay.

However, I was disappointed by an interaction with a female security guard at the front desk. My daughter is non-verbal and occasionally makes sounds as a form of communication. The security guard told my daughter to "shhh," which I found inappropriate and insensitive. When I addressed the situation, the security guard responded that she did not know my daughter was non-verbal. From my perspective, it should not be necessary for someone to know my daughter's disability before treating her with patience and understanding. Instead of making assumptions, it is important to be mindful of individual circumstances and approach situations with compassion and respect. This interaction was especially upsetting because I was already dealing with the emotional stress of attending a funeral. Having my daughter silenced in that manner added to my frustration. Despite how upset I felt, I remained professional and respectful while addressing the issue. I believe this situation could have been handled with greater sensitivity and awareness. Other than this incident the hotel was beautiful and comfortable.

Shuttle Bus had non-functional seatbelts in violation of state law! Conclusion: Hilton cutting corners on maintenance.

The pool was cloudy. Needed chlorine.
